Ordered a trouser outfit for my son’s wedding it arrived late and would never wear it again so emailed to return it and get a refund. I was told it probably would get lost in the post and to keep it and they would give me my postage and a partial refund. This was in March and after 14 emails I keep getting told the refund is on its way but not getting anywhere.
Do not use this site!!!!

THIS IS A NO STAR. Dress received was wrong in too many ways to describe. Totally dissatisfied with garment, just dreadful and could not zip up at top because of over large boning inner casing. On disputing, my options were to employ a local tailor to modify, that is whole re-make or return at my own expense to China with a small chance of a 10% refund. Website should come with a warning. Never, never buy from this website!!

WARNING! BUYER BEWARE be careful with your money! I bought two of these dresses as I wasn’t sure of the fit. The dresses are made in China and then shipped in tight packages. Only one was sent but money and postage taken for both. The dress was unsuitable for my wedding and there was no option to return the dress. A small refund was agreed but I have yet to receive it after 3 months of being patient and being fobbed off. Wish I also had seen these reviews!

No stars. Disgusting company. I bought a dress I wasn’t happy with and they are only offering a 10% refund. I paid £130. The dress was screwed up and tatty. I was told it was made to measure, no a standard size 14. Fighting for a refund since July. Do t go anywhere near this company. They are cowboys and robbers

Trying to return item, this seems an impossible task, just to get a refund and return label, was lead to to believe this is a UK based company, believe you me it is not!!!
So stressed about it all.

This company is appalling, just like others here, my wife ordered a mother of the bride dress. It arrived rolled up in a very small bag. Nothing like the one in the picture. When we tried for a refund they said it was made to measure. It was not, it was a bog standard size 14. We said we would return it to the address on the packaging which was in England. They told us it would be destroyed if we returned it there and that we would have to return it to China, they said there is no guarantee they would receive it and that it may well go missing. Not offer of return and no offer of refund. Absolute joke of a company, stay well clear.

No star rating. DO NOT use this company, it is total rubbish and they are robbers. I ordered an outfit for my daughters wedding when it arrived in the smallest bag it was scrunched to hell, it didn’t fit and the fabric so cheap and nasty. They have no intentions of giving me my money back. Don’t order anything from them. Wish I seen the review first.

I had to pick a rating star to write this review. They deserve no stars! I wish I had of found this site before I fell for buying from them there is no way I would have gone near them. They are nothing but scammers! There is no way that you can return anything as they never give you an address. Even if they did, I would not trust them to issue a refund after receiving the items back.

Such poor service. I have requested to return two dresses and they are making impossible. Ordered 2 dresses and they didn’t look no where near as good are the original photos. I have spent the last week trying to get a return address and they won’t even confirm it . I will not be going anywhere near this company- terrible

How can this company still be operating, they should be shut down, I have been waiting since March 2022 for refund as I have had exactly the same issue as every other review, and I also did not read the reviews before ordering the dress, poor material not as advertised, very badly packaged. All Lily says is refund being processed, this is total rubbish as far as I am concerned they have stolen money, but on the legal side if I take them to small claims court this will coast more then the £50 she has offered for refund. How do they get away with this

Do not order from agown. I have been waiting 4 months for my refund they keep saying that do not worry it has been sent to the finance department and it only takes a week for a refund to be done. So do not order from them

Don't touch this company, rip off merchants, the dress I ordered came weeks after ordering, when I ordered it I thought it was coming from Manchester, nooooooo China I would never of ordered it, £85+£19 postage dress with a jacket came in probably an 8inch square bag, completely sellotaped up could find where to open it without damaging the dress, didn't fit at all, emailed 4 times to get returns address to be told it will cost me too much too send it back so to get it altered here, I would need to have about a 6 inch piece of material added to make it so I could do the zip up, they said they would give me a discount!!!!!!! I've now gone through my credit card to see if they can help, these people need to be struck off the Internet, disgusting

The outfit I ordered for my daughters wedding..a total cost of £163.32 was nothing like advertised.
Material was not as it should be and the finish faulty..I am waiting for details to return the item but reading reviews from others it appears to be difficult
I find this very disappointing but am happy to follow the required channels to recieve a refund

Absolutely wonderful service. Dress came yeaterday and it is beyond expectations....absolutely beautiful. The only criticism i could give is the packaging of dress, which came rolled up in bag, but it wasnt creased.
I sent a few emails to them ans nothing was to much trouble. EXCELLENT.

I am utterly appauled by the service and quality of product. My aunt spent 100 quid on a dress and was charged 18 pounds for the postage. This dress was for my wedding for her to wear and now we have been left with nothing but a hideous dress that doesn't fit! It came all wrinkled up, the bust is up in her neck area, the zip is so stiff and the material is so poor quality, not to mention an absolute fowl fishy smell from the dress!! I contacted "Lily" as the website states you can get a refund! absolute lies! I have sent four emails so far back and forth and they are refusing to give a refund because their factory is in China and it would cost too much to post it back. I am fuming!! Now they aren't even replying. Times are hard enough, and we have lost 120 quid on this. They should be ashamed, they appear to be taking advantage of people and not standing by their products or word on the refund policy. DO NOT go anywhere near this company!!! I am so upset and had hoped they would try to resolve this and be decent about it!

I ordered a swimsuit. When received it the swimsuit was totally different from what I ordered. NO phone number to call. Sent email and they DID NOT want to refund my money. Only wanted to send me the shipping of $12.00. After SEVERAL emails back in fourth they decided to send me the cost of the swimsuit which was $29.99. I hade to eat the shipping and handling. The clothing comes from china and takes FOREVER to arrive.
DO NOT USE THE THIS. VERY DISAPPOINTED. CUSTOMER IS NOT FIRST.

Brought a dress and jacket from them

Absolutely Shocking company I can totally relate to all the comments added, my partner ordered a mother of the bride dress, what a joke, not a label in sight, about 3 sizes too small, sent around 16 emails and it was like they were NOT listening. I contacted Citizens Advice ho advised me to get her to call the bank and arrange a charge back, Looks like these just want your full price money and offer a small percentage back. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM

I ordered an outfit back in February this year. It took forever to arrive and when it did turn up I found it to be faulty. Despite the fact that on their website it states that faulty goods would be fully refunded I was offered compensation that equated to 18% of the full price! I did accept that offer purely because I was fed up with the whole debacle. I’m still waiting 5 months later! Absolute joke! Fuming!!!!
