I bought a used Trumpf operating table from Arestomed in Poland through Arkadiusz Stotko. Before purchase, I received photos and a video showing the table in “working condition.” Only later did I notice the yellow error lamp was already illuminated in the seller’s own video before shipment.
When the table arrived in Denmark, it would not power on. The batteries were deeply discharged and the table could neither operate nor charge. I replaced the batteries at my own expense, but within days they were drained again. An authorized Trumpf technician from Simonsen & Weel concluded the table was continuously discharging itself and likely required major electronic repairs costing around 50,000 DKK.
Arkadiusz first promised reimbursement, then stopped answering emails and calls entirely. After nearly 2 years in Polish court, I won full reimbursement plus legal costs. I cannot recommend this company.
