We used Steve nearly 12 years ago and fortunately kept his number . We called him out to fix a problem and he arrived on time as promised and fixed our issue in record time. Thanks Steve, you do a great job and I recommend him.

We recently had Steven install our Starlink system and couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Within a fortnight of first contact, the install was complete. The work was incredibly neat and completed to a very high standard. On top of this, Steven’s communication throughout was fantastic!

Steve first came out to check the aerial and fixed that without needed to make a return visit. Love that he was so well prepared.
I then booked him to sort out my Internet cable. He arrived on time, fixed it and did a bit of extra wiring not scheduled. It was all done very quickly and he tidied up too.

We had two TVs wall mounted by Steve. Steve was fantastic, from first contact to fitting us in and doing the installation. Very professional job, very knowledgeable and great advice. A really nice guy. Very happy with the work done, tidied up as he went. Would recommend and we will be using him for further work.

Sky have to make special arrangements to do work on dishes fixed to chimneys. Smart Av & Security Ltd are able to do the work without such arrangements. Steven fitted a SkyQ receiver into my satellite dish. He arrived at the time arranged and did the work quickly and efficiently and offered a few useful tips about SkyQ. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Nothing was working in the flat I just moved into, not he Wifi, not the TV arial, in spite of several visits by the sent experts. Steve has changed my life and has taken down all the ugly extra wires all over the place to leave me streamlined. Great worker, Steve.

Steve was VERY efficient in his quote and his knowledge of what we needed for our 3 TVs to work with our system; he worked so tidily, I couldn't believe when I saw he'd finished as I couldn't tell what he'd done or where he'd been!
