I ordered first batch with promotion and turns out the code did not work corrextly, so the order would not be honored and it was cancelled. The second batch was delivered, but 2 out of 5 filament have brocken plastic bag, it would not be kept dry when I nees to use later.

My new Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra was shipped quickly despite being Christmas holiday period. This is a huge upgrade from my old resin printer and so far it's been awesome.

I got a great deal on tpu 95A! Will recommend to everyone!

All went well with delivery and product have not had a chance to test the software but have printer the bin and lid holders and am impressed so far will be looking into the slicing software soon would like if the unit came with more info regarding printing non shelf items

Worked stright out of the box, this is my third printer and I am very impressed with the quality of the print. Looking forward to seeing what the multi filiment model is like.

Elegoo was the first filament I bought for my bambu P2S and it’s been absolutely flawless and such a good price👌🏼

Still have not recieved half of the bundle i ordered and the tracking number provided for 2 half of the order (the neptune 4 printer it self) only shows errors when i try to track it. So far all i have is filament, the spare nozzles and the assembled extruder. So nothing i can use untill the missing printer shows up

thought i’d give Elegoo a try, i found the PLA-CF very good.

If i left the filament in the printer when i finished a print come bck say the nxt day the filamdnt was so brittle in the bowden tube it would be breaking in pieces
So pissed of and frustrated with it i just sold all my printers and accessories
