Great company I’ve used several times , good value for money . Whilst I have returned the dress I bought it was purely about the colour , I went on to purchase two more in different colours .

Tne wting trousers …
I didn't get what I ordered.Both phone numbers were out of commission on the invoice. I was cut off when trying to get through on the mobile number and no one has acknowledged my message.
Wrong order. I ordered blue cargo trousers. My order was blue trousers but they had a hole where the stitching hadn't caught.
This is the first time I have had any difficulties, the service is usually first class.

Waiting for refund
As the item didn’t fit, I returned it as per instructions with tracked delivery (costing £8.95 by Royal Mail). More than 2 weeks later no refund has been issued and no response to email or query via website.

A good customer experience
a great selection of slightly unusual and quirky, great quality clothing and accessories. It's easy to place an order online, and delivery via courier has been very quick. Every item I've purchased has been very good quality. I can't comment on their customer service as I've never been disappointed and not needed to contact them.
