Initial communications good but my…
Initial communications good but my delivery wasn't made. Therenwere cars blocking my property - clearly not Bradfords fault but I emailed for an update and had no reply. The driver who couldn't make the delivery said it would be made the following day. It wasn't and there wasn't any communication from them to say why or what was happening. Disappointed.

Overall the services from the store was…
Overall the services from the store was outstanding but the click and collect process is convoluted and confusing. To be told it’s easier to just turn up and see what we have and quicker to transact what you need! Tells me the store doesn’t like the process either and you feel wrong for clicking and collecting, I certainly won’t be doing it again! Maybe look at screw fix if you want to offer that kind of option.
