I attended Tj’s live Q&A session on 22nd October and got more value in 6 hours than I have received after spending thousands on property training with other trainers.

Tj is very knowledgeable and was very honest and open with us, he doesn’t promote a get rich quick scheme but he does show you what is possible if you put the work in.

Tj also made us aware of the things that can go wrong in serviced accommodation and was open about issues he had and how we can prevent them from happening to us.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the day and would recommend Tj to anyone looking to get started in property.

So far I think Tj is the most straightforward teacher I’ve come across. He dropped some gems on his free zoom call so I can imagine the value of information in his training. Once I get the money I’m definitely gonna purchase it!

TJ, I would suggest you write a book titled - BRRR Explained. Best seller obviously. I am deeply satisfied with the way you broke it down with numbers based on your on-going projects.
