I attended the 'Serviced Accommodation Training' with TJ Atkinson. TJ provided quality content, detailed explanations, an enjoyable and informative training session, answered every question asked, gave a balanced view of the benefits and challenges with serviced accommodation, showed a true passion for his work and showed a willingness to share his experience and key tips.

Having TJ as mentor was brilliant. He was available to answer any questions I had and provided guidance on how to go about achieving my goals. He doesn't shy away from telling you the truth about SA and how to best position yourself to succeed. We also got along really well, which enhanced the experience further. Definitely recommend his mentorship programme.

Tj's Breakthrough training was nothing short but value. He had a great content and I learn so much as he explained every bit to my understanding. He answered every question to detail. I highly recommend this for anyone who is thinking of doing the training. Go for it!

TJ is the real deal. He's a straight speaker, but everything he says comes from love. I joined another prestigious UK property bootcamp, but I wish I came across TJ first. His intentions are pure and you can tell he's not just in it for the money. Even on a free session, he answered alll my questions. ALL of them! - and he didn't hold any info back. After so much value from a free session, I can only imagine what his bootcamp must be like. If you're considering learning from him, you don't need to consider any further. After a bit of research into different coaches, I decided to sign up for TJ’s 1 day SA course and it was money well spent. TJ is such a good teacher - it was very informative, engaging and thorough. He was definitely not stingy with information and at the end of the programme, I felt quite confident to begin a journey I had been so timid to embark on in three years. Before attending the course I wasn’t sure if there was much to learn about Serviced Accommodation (SA). However the course was full of information and I can honestly say that the information I received could not have been researched from Google etc; only by making the mistakes from years of doing SA. However luckily I don’t have to make those mistakes thanks to TJ’s many years of experience and knowledge.
