I booked on TJ's one day training course and at first i didn't know what to expect. I have been on several training courses before and never felt i received enough information to give me the confidence to begin my property journey. During TJ's training, I was learning new concepts and methods as the day progressed and felt more confident by the minute. TJ takes his time to break down every single aspect of the business model and really gives his all to his students. He makes sure you understand one area before moving on to the next. He articulates his points across very well and is very patient. TJ had a slide for every question that was asked and was able to reaffirm that with an explanation. After being on the training course, I now feel equipped with enough knowledge to get started on this exciting journey. If you are looking for someone to build your confidence or help you understand the property industry, then I would recommend TJ's training.

I just finished a one day virtual training with Tj and it was super informative. He packed so much information into this training and he did not leave out any details. I have attended many other property trainings and did not leave as fired up or as informed as I have today!!!!

This was a very informative course. As a straight up beginner, there were no doubts about the hurdles and difficulties that would be encountered, but this was balanced with the simplicity of making this a viable and scalable business. Would recommend this course definitely

I must say, the SA training I had with TJ was phenomenal. Very practical and detailed. If you are serious about getting into property investment then TJ is your best bet... oh did I mention he’s got other property investment strategies as well? What are you waiting for? I strongly recommend.

It’s definitely the honesty and genuinety for me. Tj really took his time to explain all the ins and outs of SA as a whole, and whilst I know that there’s still a whole lot of on-the-job learning, I strongly believe that this training is great place to start. I particularly love that it wasn’t a session where you’re being sold dreams and unrealistic expectations/goals. Would highly recommend.

Great training session. TJ is very personable and explains in a way so you truly understand the business model. Easy to digest slides. Awesome tips and advice. He lets you know the true ups and downs so you do not start your journey blind. Definitely inspired by the end of the session.

Ive had the privilege of following Tj for some time after first meeting at the property breakthrough intro into serviced accommodation. I knew then what know even more now, his approach and training are a breath of fresh air in a property world filled with "Sleazy Salesmen" types trying to sell you their latest concuctions of get rich quick schemes.

Tj post on a regular with useful information with his own signature of wit and realism, hes approachable and has often answered my messages which as underwhelming as it may seem is actually important in indicating how down to earth an individual is. The man knows what hes talking about and is consistent in his work ethic and especially in presenting an indepth picture into the world of serviced accommodation.

My wife and I have since taken his paid 1 day course on serviced accommodation training and we were not disappointed. Infact she's now interested in learning about deal sourcing and packaging. It was worth every penny especially in this pandemic / post covid-19 world. As a Christian i was reassured of his integrity and was able to trust both his teaching style and the content. There were no stones left unturned. We heard the good, bad and ugly which is needed in any mentor - mentee relationship. If you haven't guessed by the length of this post, I would highly recommend Tj as a property trainer. Drop your excuses at the door, the world is changing.

Ps. If you're a student like myself consider using your student finance to pay. Your future is in your education, and thats not only just the stuff in your textbooks.

Tj was such a good trainer! He gave very thorough info and didn't just give the best side of serviced accommodation, which is really good because I already knew that it is a good strategy. I needed to know the pitfalls and how to avoid them from an experienced property entrepreneur. So now I can go in with my eyes wide open! He's also got a great teaching style, good slides and asks lots of questions to get us thinking for ourselves.

This time last week I was privileged to take part in Tj’s live R2R and SA training session with one of my business partners. To say it was a BREAKTHROUGH, (defined as a sudden increase in knowledge, understanding) is exactly what you get in investing your time and money in the right place…with Tj’s training!

I appreciated his transparency of the pros and cons of this business and his personal experiences over the years. He really took the time to ensure that we understood him and encouraged all questions.

Prior to the training, I attended the Introduction day. I was stretched and inspired to develop my mindset to what I needed to do and what is my ‘why’. I will soon be signing up for the mentorship program as I have already experienced that Tj has the qualities of a great mentor that can lead me in the right direction.

I have only just recently embarked on my journey in property/ Service accommodation. After attending my Property Breakthrough overview, I was extremely fortunate to attend the SA day training session. If I could rate 10+ stars for Tj Atkinson for his vast and detailed knowledge on SA, I definitely would!

Despite the training session being held via video conferencing, the session was just as interactive and engaging as if it was classroom based.

Tj's delivery and execution of the course material was exceptional as he based allot of scenarios of his own experiences/challenges he has encountered; alongside equipping me with tools and knowledge to embark on my SA journey. His industry knowledge is extremely impressive and his passion for helping others succeed is so very evident. TJ’s teaching style was very engaging and inclusive. He was very personable and well spoken. He also took the time to explain everything, answering questions until everyone had the same level of understanding before moving on to the next topic.

He made it quite clear that the journey to providing serviced accommodation (SA) would not be easy. However, made it clear that with determination and strategy, it would equally present its rewards. Setting us with the challenge to chase purpose not money which always yields a greater return.

During the session TJ spared no detail, delving into his own experience, sharing practical tips, allowing attendees to see the big picture.

There was a certain level of openness I'm not sure you would quite obtain from most courses. What I liked the most is that TJ went through the worst case scenarios that he had experienced himself too to ensure that you don't walk in those same mistakes. If anyone didn't understand anything, he would take his time to explain it in a different way and wouldn't move on until you were sure. The content of the session is VERY complete to say the least and should make you successful in this industry if you follow the step by step. There was complete transparency throughout. A really comfortable learning environment. If you need some help to get started, this is the perfect stepping stone into this property scheme. I am very grateful to have attended this!
