I attended the SA course last week under the impression that I already knew most things about it as It wasn’t my first encounter with SA, however within the short period of time TJ was able to explain all the small details clearly whilst making the experience fun too! Highly recommend.

I attended the SA course last week and absolutely loved it. Full of great content, not just the positives, but the negatives/risks that you can encounter. Didn't ever feel like I was being sold to or the strategy being made to seem like something it's not. Highly recommend!

I attended the SA Training course that TJ ran back in December and have to say it was really impressive. There was so much content and he went into a lot of detail. He will not leave the room until every person understands fully what he is teaching no matter how long it takes. He not only tells you about the good stuff with the business but warns you about the bad stuff that he experienced on his journey and tells you of ways to avoid the same things happening to you. You will get so much invaluable information. His course is a must for anyone thinking of going into this business.

I'm glad I took the initiative to invest in my future by participating in this training. TJ took us through the process from a realistic point of view and gave tips 9n how best to make the most of our investment. I look forward to putting it all into practice!

Everyone paid different prices which was a bit off. Some paid £500 (me) some paid £50. I was also asked to sign contracts agreeing not to discuss the price we paid.

Tj is not like any other trainer i have met and i have been to a ton!!! He tells you the truth no upsell!! He answered every question i had about sa literally everything!!! Highly recommend him!! He gives you everything contracts sa calculator how to analyse the deal ect. If you are getting into sa hit up tj!! Like seriously DO IT!!!

I had my training on Tuesday with TJ. The process to booking the date time and location was professional and efficient.

I was nervous initially to meet with a property guru, but he made me feel very comfortable and made sure I fully understand the property business.

This training isn't one of those where he tries to sell you another one of his products, or just goes round in circles: he gets straight to the point and makes sure you understand before moving on. He gives you the right tools to set off on your own

He is very honest and open about the risks of the business, and has great customer/client care.
