It should not take 15-16 days to deliver a package priority mail that is to be delivered in 3 days to USPS this is definitely a shipping order problem at the factory and should be look into.

I have no problem with your company but…
I have no problem with your company but I order 300 Hav-A-Tampa cigars at a time for many years
One of the last batches at least 50% of them leak where the tobacco meets the wood tip. I have have to wrap tape around the cigar joint just to be able to smoke it
Please let them know that they have to improve their quality control!

Prices are fair
Prices are fair. Merchandize is excellent. But it takes them forever to ship. Usdually 10 days before it goes out the door. Yes, I should be ordering earlier. I know. I I have bee looking at other sites and om my next order I'm going to try one of them and see how they ship.

Do not order from here!!!
Do not order from here!!!! I placed an order with you guys in September but I just received it today October 21, you guys have not responded to any of my messages at all, you printed a shipping label but didn’t deliver the parcel to the post office until weeks later, to add insult to injury you have sent me the wrong product as well.
Since you don’t reply to messages received I have no idea how to even imagine exchanging, an or getting a refund for the product. Do not order from here!!!!
