End of Tenancy Deep Clean
Marya came to do an end of tenancy deep clean for us on 06/06. We’ve lived in the flat for 4.5 years and it looks as good, if not better, than new after she worked her magic. Every surface is sparkling and all the furniture was pulled from the wall and cleaned behind. 5 stars doesn’t really do it justice as she’s done such an amazing job. Would highly recommend!

One off clean - very disappointing
I booked a one off clean (extensive list covered). Good customer service beforehand, all questions answered promptly. However, the one cleaner who came couldn't possibly have managed all that was on the list. Inside cooker and windows not touched (despite asking for this) and rug not moved to clean underneath, bins not emptied (to name a few things). I emailed afterwards and didn't get a reply. Really disappointed - basically a normal clean for 3 times the amount.

I have used Clean & Clean twice for end of tenancy cleaning on my rental flat. Both times the tenant has left the flat in quite a mess, but by the end the flat has been spotless. The cleaners are very thorough. The team have also been very quick to respond to emails, and provide quotes etc. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Worst experience with end of tenancy…
Worst experience with end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner who came didn't understand English so was difficult to talk to. She left everything dirty including kitchen sink, bathroom, windows, kitchen hob...everything that normal cleaning can also do it. Had to be around the cleaner for the whole time. Ultimately she decided to leave when we were trying to speak to the supervisor (tried calling for 20 mins with no response) that it's a badly done job and need another cleaner to come and finish the hob, she left leaving the garbage bags on the door and stomped out. Never ever again!!
Check the email sent over with pictures to see what my friend was pointing out. It's her flat and we were trying to get in touch with you. But you never called us back or bothered responding to us for 2-3 hours.

We had the worst customer experience with you. Not only the cleaning lady stayed for 4 hours to clean your property but you've humiliated her by not paying her anything at all. The cleaning lady that you had is working for us for more than 5 years and she knows very well what needs to be cleaned. You were constantly trying to find little things around the flat just not to pay her. Shame on you. Luckily, it's very rare to have customers like you. Wish you all the best with the free cleaning service you've received today. Well done 👍
