First class customer experience
Ordered a 25kg bag of NHL on line to collect in-store. Soon afterwards another branch called and helpfully suggested picking it up at their location as it is an easier journey. I still picked it up in Colchester where the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the bag was brought out to the car for me. No complaints whatsoever.

Reliable again and again
We are return customers. We find it easy to place orders, staff are always friendly, polite, knowledgeable and are happy to answer questions and advise. Their drivers are cheerful, friendly and polite.

Prompt delivery but not informed it was coming
Whilst the delivery arrived quickly we weren’t told it was coming. Also the salt was put next to our bins & not by the door. It would have been more convenient to have it by the door.
