It was a tale of 2 halves one of the deliveries was a kerb side one and the delivery driver was painfully rude . Just dropped them off no and very abrupt. I was only aware of kerbside deliver post... Voir plus

Fast, Efficient and Easy
I have used this company twice. First time about 9 months ago - Radiator was on order to them - they kept me informed of delivery dates by phone.
2nd time was last week. Ordered 3 radiators+valves - they came in days.
You can't really get much better.

Excellent service and great product
Customer service was excellent. Very flexible on delivery date and so helpful when I found I had ordered the wrong valves and needed the replacements delivered the next day. Highly recommend and will use this company again.

Good product, delivery driver could not get to house due to size of truck
Very happy with the product. Felt sorry for delivery driver trying to get a 10 tonne truck around the Lake District. I understand delivery provided by the supplier but need to feedback some areas only suitable for LWB Transit. Had to meet him on larger road and transfer rads to car as he could not get up our drive.

Good prices and great turnaround...
Very good, however, they do not know the products they are selling. It became obvious to me very quickly that the lady on the phone was there to take orders and had no real knowledge of the specific products. When I asked about how the radiator was hung she was stumped. She conferred with a colleague and came back to me and said " it cannot be adjusted for height via the hanging brackets " and " we don't actually stock the products, sell them. They come directly from the manufacturer " so it appears they are just brokers and don't physically hold the stock. This is not a problem but if your going to sell items at least know the basics! It turned out the radiator could be adjusted via the brackets, so, had we listened to her, they would have lost a sale. Better training = Greater profitability!!!!

Reference the agent you spoke to, she is new to the business & is still receiving on-the-job training. This is no excuse for the poor information passed to you, but I hope you understand.
I teach all my staff to be honest to our customers when not knowing the answer to a question, by saying to the customer – “I don't know the answer to that but please let me find the correct answer for you”. I feel that all customers want is to receive the correct information to help them make the right purchases, even if the answer takes a little longer, by investigating first.

We had a very good service from this company, they were very helpful with helping us to get the best radiator for what we needed and it looks very smart . We also bought two sets of valves which came the next day. Excellent service.

Communication!
I ordered a radiator and a pair of valves 10 days ago. Two days later my delivery arrived - just the valves. Not a word from the company. I eventually contacted them, and was told that the radiator should be with me by the end of the week - 12 days after ordering. The fact that they didn't feel the need to inform me of this is frankly baffling. I'm waiting with bated breath....

Excellent quality and efficient service
We ordered the classic column radiators and they were delivered the next day. The person I dealt with on the telephone was extremely helpful. We are pleased with the look and heat output of the radiators and would definitely use Column Radiators 4u again.

efficient service, quality radiator
Telephoned on a Friday morning to make sure the size I required was in stock. I was assured it was and would be delivered the following Monday. This is exactly what happened and I am very pleased with the quality and build of radiator. The only thing stopping a 5* recommendation is that they were unable to give any indication of time of delivery or even whether it would be a morning or afternoon slot. That aside, would definitely use this company again.
