Ordered online delivery and accidentally chose the wrong size, which was of course my own mistake. immediately called their support number to see what could be done - she said she couldn't actually change the order, but would contact the store to have them change it before they sent it out. I asked if I could just cancel the order and re-do it, to make sure it was right. she said no, she'd sort it out this way. great, I thought. until my order arrived that afternoon, and was the wrong size still.
only reason I didn't immediately get it refunded and replaced is cause who knows how long that would take, and since it's for my cpap, I needed it that night. luckily it fits, but it's tight.
what's the point of support telling you they'll do something if they straight up don't? next time I'll ignore any promises they make and insist on cancelling if there's any error on my side, clearly they can't be trusted to fix it on theirs.

I completely understand how frustrating this would have been, especially when you contacted us immediately to correct the order and were assured it would be taken care of. We sincerely apologise that the change was not made before dispatch, and for the stress and inconvenience this caused, particularly given how important CPAP therapy is and that you needed the item that same night.
While we appreciate your understanding that the original sizing mistake was accidental, we also recognise that we did not follow through on the support you were promised, and that is understandably disappointing.

Spent lots of money here but never have sales. They claim to have sales all year round but it's the same old sale with the same old discount. Even luxury stores have better sales.

The team at CPAP Victoria were thorough and very supportive. They bent over backwards to make sure I had a selection of masks to trial along with a trial device so I could make an informed decision. They also did check ins during the trial period to make sure things were working properly and to fine tune the setup. I'm very happy that I chose to get my first CPAP with them.

I bought a nasal mask for Resmed…
I bought a nasal mask for Resmed machine but found when I got it that it didn’t have the right connection. The picture on the website did not show the connection, it looked exactly like the mask fitting I have but hidden was the wrong connection. I returned it to the Footscray store where a person tried to persuade me I could use part of it as a stop gap. Really? Anyway I got a refund and then found a new nasal part only cost $85 while the whole mask cost $160, and the nasal mast was on Amazon for $25 less then at your store . Thanks so much! Anyway later that day I was trying to for a new filter in my air mini before going on holiday and could not remove the back ‘slide off ‘ lid. I returned to the Footscray store where the man said yes it a hard to remove and I bought replacement filters again a third more then buying online.
When I bought my AirMini I bought a battery as well which would not join up to the machine and I had to return that also.
When I trevel I find the AirMini plug is so deep it often doesn’t fit in any outlet that is close to the floor. It also disconnects from the app every time I go out and take up to 20 minutes to half an hour to reconnect every time.
Overall I fine cpap vic after sales service is haphazard and hit and miss.
Very unprofessional organisation and if there was anywhere else to go I would hot foot it there.
