I’ve been using the AHA BHA toner for years, just reordered plus another two products for my teenage daughter as she is suffering from breakouts and has wiped me out of the toner! It is the ONLY thing that properly cleans and cures her teenage hormonal acne. Makes my skin absorb moisturiser amazingly and leaves me feeling so squeaky clean. Tingles on application which I LOVE because you really can feel the product doing its thing. As a skin care obsessed girlie, I am a sucker for influencers and “it”products but I will NEVER EVER come away from this product. I like the heavy glass bottle and you only need a TINY bit on a cotton pad and it does your whole face. Highly recommend!

My experience of DuoGen is outstanding customer service. The products are excellent, particularly the sun protection moisturiser, Hylaronic Acid and Vitamin C; thess are my favourite products. My skin looks great. If you have any queries they are dealt with within 24 hours, and generally straight away. If you have skin issues or just want to improve the texture, I would recommend DuoGen.

I bought a product from this company and never received it.I had a text from Royal Mail saying they where expecting it then nothing.i have emailed the company but heard nothing sofar apart from standard email registing my email.

Great product however expensive and bottles need rethinking.
Great product, I have had pretty much flawless skin since I started using these products. Company are very helpful and delivery is reasonably quick.
The only issue I ever have is the packaging hence the 4 stars. The glass bottles the serums come in are not ideal. They have started to change the pump to a better version, but I find them impossible to travel with. The tops come loose and leak, I’ve lost a lot of product from this and several have smashed from accidentally falling out of my cabinet for example.
The price seems to be extremely high also is becoming unaffordable.

Lovely light cream that dries in well and skin feels great. My neck was particularly dry and I had noticed wrinkles appearing and it’s looking much better now.

I had a problem with an order
I had a problem with an order that I didn’t mean to make and throughout the weekend I was quite panicked that I wouldn’t hear a response in time. However, I woke up Monday morning with two emails from the company ensuring me they would tend to my issue and make sure I wasn’t incorrectly charged.
I probably was a little unfair in emailing the company three times over the weekend but I really was in a bit of a panic. They took care of everything and fixed my issue. I haven’t received the requested refund yet but they did assure me it’s coming and for that I give their customer service 5 stars. I cannot review the product yet but as soon as I can, I will.
