Booked an engineer with British Gas Homecare on line after finding a leaking bath waste in a fairly inaccessible pace. Your engineer, Nigel Stephens. arrived within about 2 hours. The leak was located, fixed and tested in about 30 minutes.
We couldn't have wished for a nicer guy to have attended. Nigel was friendly, professional and efficient. he made friends with our visiting Grandchildren and their dog and treated our home with respect. Nigel is a credit to your company and his trade ... should we have another plumbing problem we just hope it's allocated to Nigel.

Nilan Bennett, our Dyno plumber, who attended via our British Gas Homecare cover, replaced our tap cartridge, which was quite tricky due to large limescale build-up but he managed to do it. This was much appreciated as we’ve been struggling with our stiff tap for a few months but even more importantly this meant we could go back to using our tap and not having to replace it, which would have cost hundreds of pounds and also a compromise as the tap manufacturer has discontinued our particular tap model which we have two of in our kitchen as a matching design. Nilan also fixed a leak under our sink basket, which he discovered after doing his standard checks after the tap job, which was again great as we hadn't noticed the leak ourselves and it was all due to his diligence in making checks, which meant he also replaced the basket with a new one as the old basket's fitting had corroded, which was the cause of the leak. All round a great service - thank you, Nilan.

Very personable employee from Dyno came to fix a plumbing leak through my British Gas plumbing insurance cover. There was a problem with component parts that had to be ordered so there was a delay in fixing the problem which is now sorted.

After 5 Engineers, John from Dyno arrived. It was a really difficult job to find a water leak which he eventually found under the floor of my wet room where mice had eaten through a water pipe! With minimum mess and disruption he has mended that, and at last there is hot water and heating. Thank you John - it must have been one of your very worst jobs!

I had a leak which could be heard but not seen as it was between the party walls and it was my neighbour who brought it to my attention as he could hear the water dripping and Called in a plumber.

I called in Dyno -The Engineer Adrian was very thorough and was able locate the source. To access this the choice was to remove tiles in the bathroom or to remove the fitted kitchen cupboards, worktop etc. Both very costly options.

Adrian cut a hole at the back of one of the cupboards, and was able and with great difficulty manages slide himself to the into the gap in the wall cavity and was able to repair the leak. He kept at it for hours but did not give up. This would have cost me a fortune - so I am so grateful for his patience. He also made good and cleaned up before he left.

I cannot rate Dyno highly enough - Sandesh arrived within 2 hours of my call, he phoned 10 mins before arrival, was absolutely brilliant, changed our shower pump ( including collecting from the store ) and had us back up and running with a new pump in less than 2 hours - polite and helpful, payment was really easy - definitely recommend

We booked an emergency call out for our elderly mother who is cared for at home and the only toilet flush had broken. The plumber wasn’t able to reach us till very late in the evening but telephoned twice to give us an eta. He made sure we were put on the next day’s call out schedule. The following day we were called by the plumber before she arrived to let us know when she would arrived. She fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

This is a genuine analysis of Dyno the discord bot. I have purchased their maximum custom plan to truly analyse the functions with benefits and disadvantages of using this discord bot.

Dyno is a bit for all purposes and functions. With being able to add custom commands to using forms and embeds. Using the maximum custom plan was a very positive experience. Being able to go through the modules and being able to set it up was so quick and easy to do. Before using the maximum plan I used the free plan and it has the exact same functions but some things off limits, which is more than understandable but still amazing for what they offer. Going over the dashboard was easier than trying to say the alphabet.

The only concern is in regards to listings. In server listings you can advertise your server onto the dyno.gg website. You can get spam bots being invited so it's possible Dyno could add some sort of verification to sort this but listings can be turned off at a switch.

In addition, Dyno has / integration and has a customisable prefix so you can choose your preference on how you like it.

Would I recommend this? 100% - the discord bot is completely functional and seems to have no downtime since I been using it. The plans extend your functionality to improve the discord server.

Frank M was efficient. He was good at his job and went over and above. He was also very lovely.

Ryan W came to fix my loo. He knew his stuff, explained it to me and found another problem which he also mended. Again, he explained everything and showed me the worn out parts he replaced. He's done a great job.

Ryan W was an excellent example of a Good standard for Dyno and is worth encouraging

Martin Clarke did very good job replace the tap in kitchen and fixing a sure stop under sink lwa very pleased with work he did and he was very helpful explain what he was doing

Plumber rang before arriving. When he did quickly assessed the problem and did an excellent job resolving the problem. Was pleasant and friendly throughout and very knowledgeable of his profession.

Rang bfore he arrived and sorted the problem quickly on arrival. Ran water to flush through the system and check for any more leaks. Martin Mason (Knowsley) was very personable and explained everything.

They tried their best to sort a replacement valve for my radiator, but when they couldn’t they have fitted a complete new radiator which involved a lot of pipe changing, but the engineer Simon Jones was very patient and persevered until he completed the replacement. He worked really hard and left the room and carpet very clean and stayed until he was happy all the radiators were working because he had to drain the the system to do the job. Thank you to Simon and Dyno for solving my leak. The work is done under the British Gas home service contract which covers parts and labour.

Engineer, Chris Miller, from Dyno (subcontracted to British Gas) called this morning. Here approx an hour.
Fitted new tap, replacing an older. leaking tap.
Chris was really knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and polite.
Had to pay for new tap on top of repair plan, but well worth it.
New tap really looks good.
Good to have the strength of insurance around you, as the old advert used to say.

This was the third attempt by Dyno to resolve the issue of leaking outside drainpipes and I was somewhat sceptical about the outcome. However, Bryn and Sonny arrived on time, carried out a full assessment of the work required to fix the problem and then went about their work in a professional and proficient manner. They were very pleasant and I was very pleased with the results.

Definitely a 5 star service. Very easy to book, engineer punctual, knowledgable, efficient and most pleasant.

We had an engineer called Rob Skelton who undertook our problem with extreme care and his work was very tidy and professional in caring for our property. Excellent engineer and we would recommend him for any customer. Thank you Rob.
