Had dyno rod out on friday to unblock our drains.
Really good service from first call to the 2 lads who did the unblocking. Big thanks to Wayne and Jake. They could not be more helpful and clean and tidy.

We had a visit from David (DC) yesterday. He was courteous and managed to fix the problem with our toilet. The office phoned in the morning to let us know roughly when he would arrive and David phoned when he was 15 mins away. Excellent service. Would recommend.

Had a bad leak in the kitchen two engineers in attendance Josh and Dean they were both very professional in sorting out the leak and gave a good explanation of why the problem had occurred. First class service.

had a bad leak, in outside toilet. James S arrived on time and had to go and purchase a part, He was back in 20 minutes or so and fixed the leak. We found James a to be a pleasant and good workman. He explained things and made sure the repair would not mean the floor tiles would be damaged. The end result was toilet mended without floor being damage and James tidied up after, so it was excellent work can't thank him enough, He saved us the cost of retiling the toilet.

The power flush of our heating system was done thoroughly and professionally throughout.

We were impressed by Richard's courteous and calm manner.

From our point of view, it was an entirely successful visit.

Stephen was the plumber fixed the siphon Had a problem with rusted parts. Dealt with the problem efficiently and with no fuss

Ashley the plumber arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and undertook to repair a mixer tap which was leaking. It was awkward to access but believes by hand tightening the flexy hot and cold hose/pipes he was able to fix the problem. He did say we may need a new tap but we thought it best to see if the repair has worked first. I would give him 9 out of 10 and if required adjust it to 10 once I have checked on the repair for possible slow leakage. Likewise I would increase the Trustpilot score once we know the repair is holding.
