I love the fit of women's riding pants. They fit well (high rise) and are flattering. It's easy to remove the hip armor without taking off the pants, which is nice

In general I like shopping here and…
In general I like shopping here and place is very friendly. I very like the jacket and chaps I got. Very good selection of products.
However I've recently bought shoes for my family member recently in there and one of the soles fell off after two weeks of using it which she hasn't noticed for another day and it's gone forever (I've 3d printed copy of it though and likely an easy fix for any shoe repair shop). I'm not sure if this would be covered by the warranty because that happened day before a flight of the family member and this place is 40min away from my house. I'm giving one star less because of that as I think no shoe should break in such a short period of time

I have no longer opportunity to return the shoes, they're outside US. Shipping would exceed cost of the shoes. Consider not using suppliers which produce bad quality shoes. I have good experience with your shop overall so will still do shopping with you.

Concerning the shoes, everything we sell at Eagle Leather comes with one year warranty. You are right two weeks is too short, but we are willing to take care of the shoes for you. You won't even need a receipt since you are already in the system. So, please bring them back when you can as you still have plenty of time to do so.
