Great product and super after sales service
What a great item and after service to boot. Pop outside, light it up and then come indoors for 3-4 minutes to get your wine, beer, book, partner and by the time you are back outdoors, its blazing away throwing out warmth and light. it creates such a lovely atmosphere in the garden. Its about 18 months since purchase now and we are on our third replacement (not that they burn quickly, they don't. its just that we use it so much!) .
I broke a foot of it last week (my clumsy fault) and a quick Email and a replacement is in the post!

Great fire pit
Great fire pit!
I absolutely love our new fire pit. I’ve used it in the morning to sit out and have a coffee and to keep warm. I’ve used it for cosy evenings with a glass of wine and it looks so stylish. We take it camping as it’s so easy to transfer to the van. We love that there’s no nasty smelling smoke, love that you can just slide the lid on and not worry about leaving a fire burning. It’s perfect!

Fast delivery between Xmas and new year. Product was very well packaged. Only downside was that two of feet will not fully screw in to the base because of being blocked by adhesive. For me (an engineer)not a problem. But could pose a problem for someone else. Quality is good and looks great.

What a wonderful fire pit
What a wonderful fire pit a big big candle to burn no wood smoke so good for the environment was delivered when we expected and packed well. Not used it outside yet waiting for a fine day. Very pleased with the look and construction of it and would recommend it to anyone.

All about the base ….
Ordered an extra fireproof lid / base for an existing fire pit we had purchased . Arrived quickly and well packed The fire pit was lit for a treasure hunt in the dark in the garden despite quite heavy rain showers - flames did not diminish in the rain and really added to being outside for some Halloween 🎃 fun . These fire pits are easy to light easy to use and easy to put away . There was no mess and the candle inner will last for several more lightings . So pleased to have found them we found it a convenient way to enjoy a fire pit . Equally easy to extinguish just by popping the lid on . We have not attempted to use it for cooking anything but the heat and light was great as that’s all we wanted .We placed the base underneath the fire pit to protect a stone patio beneath and no harm done .
We really enjoyed using it !

Absolutely love this fire pit!! So easy to light and put out - in seconds. I had everyone over for bonfire night this year and my fire pit was the talk of the evening - everyone loved huddling around it to keep warm.
