If I could give 0 stars I would, let me start by saying this company is fraud! Firstly they lied and said they sent contract wheich I never received ! Then they said I paid upfront cost which I never ever ever did when I signed up with them. Now I had no WiFi for 6 days and I lost out on £2,000 on work!! And they now asking me for £100 to activate my broadband

It was a very fast installation. The man was very friendly and thorough.

I recently moved into a new built building and had trouble moving my previous broad band to he new place.. This worked in my favour as I found the QR code to for Elite connect in the new place with various bundles to chose from. The Engineers came in a timely manner to set up the Internet and within less than an hour I was sorted. Very professional team.. excellent speed. Couldn't be happier

A local company, which I highly recommend. I applied for broadband and on the same day I had the equipment installed at my apartment and the connection started on the same day. Elite went above and beyond to make things easier for me and they worked around my schedule. I really appreciate this. The connection is working good so far, i havent had any issues. Elite made such a good impression on me especially when I had terrible experience with one of the biggest broviders in the country. Keep up the great work!

On multiple occasions Elite Connect has provided excellent customer service, and were able to work through some technical issues in a timely manner to ensure that I was receiving the best possible speeds under my package.

I was connected in minutes after scanning the barcode. Broadband work great for streaming and international Teams Meetings.

I was getting really bad quality internet and really low speeds. I tried all the big companies and none of them was better that the other. Luckily Elite Connect provided us with good quality internet, three different packages that adjust to your needs.

Really happy with the service

The prices are outstanding, the speeds are fantastic. We do not have many issues with this wifi or company at all! All I can say is every now and again it slows for a moment usually when we have netflix on and we are on laptops at the same time.

Gaming speeds are perfect with no lagging.
We rarely experience buffering.

Their customer service is quick and to an outstanding standard all my questions have been answered within the same day and the set up for us happened within the hour.

I have recently signed up for the internet package in my building which I moved in last week,I was pleasantly surprised how the speed of my services been turned on from the second I signed up within a couple of hours my internet service was up and running,there was no need to book a appointment for an engineer to attend my property.
