Used this company on the recommendation of a friend & we’re very pleased so far.
Bed was delivered a week after ordering on a Wednesday, within the timeframe indicated. I was also called 30 minutes before as promised.
It was delivered to a downstairs room & most of the pieces were too heavy for me to transport upstairs. My partner managed on his own, but I think he’d have struggled had the bed been king sized and not a double.
It seems good quality & feels nice & solid. The black chenille headboard looks stunning. The lifting mechanism is smooth - it’s perfect in the guest bedroom.

Very impressed with this company, their communication, price and delivery. They could not have been more helpful. I spent some time looking at ottoman beds before finding this company. Good choice of fabric, fast delivery and very easy to put together by myself. Far easier than our ottoman we got from Benson's which took ages to assemble. Worth mentioning is these people deliver with their own transport not a third party company, and the difference shows. Everything was well packed to avoid damage or soiling in transit. All in all a great experience and unbeatable price. Would definitely buy from them again.

We were a little apprehensive about buying this bed online. However, apart from one morning when nobody answered the phone their communication was good. Above all the product is perfect. It’s well made and excellent and excellent value for money. I’d definitely use them again.

I was kept updated about my order and delivery, bed was well packaged and bought inside for me. The bed was easy to put together with very clear instructions, I love my new bed, it looks more expensive than it was and I was able to spread payments interest free over 3 months with Klarna, Highly recommend and the price is so good too

Bed arrived with parts missing. They only offer delivery on the weekend but their offices are actually closed at the weekend. So we have to wait days to actually inform them, and then longer for them to send the missing parts, all while having no bed and no space to sleep on the floor.

I ordered lots of material samples, when I ordered the headboard it arrived just over a week after ordering; much faster than the original 10 working days stated. Arrives assembled and protected, really very happy with it. Really really high quality finish and it looks exactly like the images and the colours of the samples are true to the material the headboard has arrived in.

I ordered my bed at the beginning of January and it arrived less than 2 weeks later. Very reasonably priced, came exactly as I had specified. Quality was higher than expected for the price and was super easy to put together. The delivery was easy and the driver was polite. I had a text the day before and a phone call 30 minutes before. I emailed the company with a query to which I had a quick and helpful response. I was recommended them by a friend but there is surprisingly very little about these guys online - they deserve a lot of positive promotion!! Absolutely superb company and here is why...

The bed is gorgeous, quality is second to none, price is more than competitive and the instructions are easy enough to follow. We went for a velvet grey look and it is exactly what we were after.

There was a slight issue with some minor damage to the wing of the bed. Esupasaver were responsive to my messages and happy to replace the damaged wing, free of charge and at a time that suited me. The customer service experience has been faultless and a reflection of the quality of their product.

It’s nice to know that should anything go wrong for any reason, Esupasaver are happy to esupasave the day.

I found Esupasaver on Instagram after I got messed around by a rival (Arista).
- Arista by the way should be avoided at all cost! They take your money and don't deliver the bed.

I got my refund back from the other company (Arista) and ordered with Esupasaver instead. I was amazed how I got my bed within 2 days! You get your own account on their website on ordering where you can communicate with them if needed and they do reply!

The bed was so easy to put together. No damages and all the parts came together.

WOW WOW WOW What can I say? I was a little unsure about ordering from here because the prices were so low. I wasn't sure if the quality of the bed would be great for the price however, after several people recommending this company on a Hinch page I took the plunge and ordered. Today I took delivery of this bed for my daughters room. The Quality of the bed is astonishing for the price its so solid you can't even move it so once its built and in place its going to have to stay there. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company great service, speedy delivery (only took 1 week from ordering to delivery) great prices and high quality beds. I for one will be purchasing a new bed in the near future for my own room.
