FAULTY PRODUCTS

I made my first order which was a micro-needling pen, the pen was faulty so I called them and they said I need to send the product back and wait for a replacement. Bear in mind I had clients booked! So frustrating! I even sent a video of it but still had to take my time out to send it back! Yes they confirmed it was faulty! For my second order I ordered the chemical peels and I opened the parcel 2-3weeks later. As I’ve been really busy. I come to see the bottles are empty!! I’ve contacted them and they cannot do anything about this? Wasting my time and money? The response was they only investigate after 48 hours?? The bottle caps are fully sealed and you can see it’s not been open but don’t want to investigate? Beyond a joke now! Do not order from this company honestly ridiculous!
The team is not even responding to my emails? And who is gonna check within 48 hours if the chemical peels are empty?? They shouldn’t be arriving empty in the first place? I don’t think the company even realise how stupid this is and the fact they are not compensating or responding!

Hi Fatima,

All our replacement guidelines are within our terms and conditions which are visible on our website and are agreed to each time when placing an order with us. The reason we ask for any faulty products to be returned to us is so we can conduct our due diligence as a business, both to test ourselves and report back to the manufacturer who also may also request it back from us for further investigation. As soon as we received your return, we conducted our testing, reported to the manufacturer and a replacement MesopenONE was dispatched to you via Next Day Delivery.

For damaged products, we do have in our terms and conditions that any damages need to be reported to us within 48 hours upon receiving your order, as these are also the terms we are held to as a business to report and raise investigation by couriers and also as we can guarantee correct storage of the products. As over three weeks had passed before this was reported to us, as a business we are unable to raise any investigation as the products were intact and sealed correctly when they left our warehouse team and upon delivery to yourself.

I hope we can continue to work together moving forward, our team is always happy to help.

I placed an order with filler direct on the 27th oct for next day delivery which would have been the Monday, on the 2nd then 3rd of Nov I chased up my order. By this point I’d moved several clients. By this point I’m now 5 days without my order which again I’d paid next day delivery for I finally received my order on the 6th Nov by this point now ten days filler direct had in fact recalled what they say was a missing parcel and sent a replacement.I placed a further order sent money via bank transfer with an email explaining asking that the delivery fee not be charged as a gesture of good will however in the eyes of filler direct because they eventually got an order to me that I PAID FOR the matter was resolved, yet a couple of days ago they were offering free next day delivery on all orders but can’t honour it for a good customer…. Anyways also on the matter just be cautious of the fact they charge a 2% surcharge on your card payments this is actually illegal to do if you are using a personal credit/debit card or personal Apple Pay I won’t be using them again plenty more deserving businesses out there…..

We apologise again for DPD's error with your initial delivery attempt. We pride ourselves on our customer service and as soon as we were made aware of the situation, did everything we could to rectify this as quickly as possible for you by recalling the initial parcel from DPD and issuing a replacement via the upgraded pre 10:30 delivery service which was successfully delivered the following day.

We have not promoted any offers with Free Delivery on all orders, however we do always provide Free Next Working Day Delivery on all orders over £250.00 as standard.

In respect of the card fees, these are listed within our Terms and Conditions on our website, by paying by card you are confirming your card is a commercial card used for businesses purposes. When you raised this with our team a full refund was issued of the Visa & Mastercard charge due to using a personal card, as we are always happy to do via our Customer Service team.

You guys are the very best!
Ive used your company ALOT and youve never let me down. Unfortunately a product I use a lot has been out of stock with you for some time so had to go elsewhere and I’ve just had the worst experience of my whole career with another supplier. Not only did they let me down they were not very nice to me.
I hated that I had to stray for stock but I’d rather take it off my menu than deal with anyone else.

Thanks for being amazing, you forever have my custom.

I purchased a few Juvederm Filler from them and we had an issue with DPD not delivering them on time, Their customer service team stepped in fast and did their best to send another package to me using a different courier company on an urgent basis and I received them just in time.
Besides that, they are the cheapest in the market.
Will purchase from them again and recommend them to my colleagues.
