I'm not sure how they manage to get 5 stars when I ordered on 3rd May and still haven't received any update on my order , very strange online says my order is pending but they took the money from my account plus a card fee of 2%
I was expecting today to get an email saying is posted and hopefully received by Friday as Monday is bank Holiday it means I won't get anything before Tuesday. If that company is reliable

PS. I had to contact them as they didn't even send an email/text and finally got my order cancelled! 😒
