It was honestly a little emotional when I opened it . Seeing my son’s little drawing of our family turned into a necklace I can wear every day… it just hit me. The detail was perfect. Exactly how he drew it. I’ll treasure this forever.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re really sorry to hear about the frustration caused by the delay.
I just want to clarify that your order was dispatched on 8th December, and from our side everything was shipped on time. We’ve since investigated this with the courier (Dragonfly Shipping), who have confirmed there are ongoing delivery delays due to severe winter weather conditions across parts of Canada, including snow, freezing rain, and extreme cold. This is also noted on their website.
We completely understand how disappointing delivery delays can be, especially when they’re outside of your control and ours. That said, we’re keeping a close eye on this and are more than happy to support however we can until your order safely arrives.
We’ve also emailed you directly with an update including your tracking number and tracking link so we can help resolve this as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately I ordered key chains and received necklaces. My daughter never wears necklaces so it doesn't work. They look beautiful but she won't wear them. I am supposed to be getting the key chains and I am concerned they won't be here before Christmas!

I love my necklace
I love my necklace! My son drew me a cute picture for Mother’s Day, I remembered that there was a way to get pictures made as jewelry and found forever drawn. The company made the item perfectly and for a custom item, the wait time was great. I will absolutely use this company in the future.

Pokemon gold keychain
My son is 6 and loves pokemon. He wanted a keychain for his school bag and I was a bit pessimistic with how it would come out due to his drawing ability!
The product came quicker than the expected delivery and the packaging it came in was great.
The actual keychain looks spot on to his drawing and I am really impressed with the quality!
Would highly recommend and use again!

Perfect gift idea
This was an idea my daughter had for an xmas gift for my wife, and it turned out to be perfect. Her face when she opened it alone was worth every penny. The piece looks very distinct, and looks great on her. Very pleased!

The perfect gift!!!!
My son recently left on a mission. I had him write “Love My Momma” and send me a pic. I requested Forever Drawn to make those words into a charm for a necklace. It turned out beautifully ! Not only did they capture my son’s writing perfectly, the quality is really good!!!! I’m going to definitely be using this company for more jewelry requests again!

Hi Joe, thanks for sharing your feedback and sorry to hear about your experience. We disagree with your statement "no customer service". Your email query was processed in a timely manner (less than 12 hours). Our customer service team acknowledged your complaint and offered a remediation in compliance with your return and refund policy. Specifically, we replied "our designers do their best to stay close to the original drawing, which sometimes is very difficult to reproduce in a pendant. Unfortunately, being a custom product, we can't issue a refund for reasons other than an error on our end. The best I can do is issuing a monetary voucher". Also, we don't offer mockups and we don't create any expectations around it, which seems you had. Unfortunately, you also didn't offer any details on what was wrong with your order, other than angry comments such as 'disgrace' and 'am embarrassed to have purchased'. As you can imagine, these are not comments we can take action on. Finally, we feel your review is quite harsh and doesn't represent the quality of either our products or customer service.
