Broke in less than a week

I ordered 3 bracelets. The drawing made for the bracelet was just too big, hence it was uncomfortable and even impossible to wear it. For those who tried to wear it, it broke in less than a week. When I sent my review (with picture attached) to their customer service, there was just simply no response from their side.

Hi Erica, thanks for the time you took to write the review and sorry about your experience. We have no record of an email sent by you highlighting the issue that you are raising here. We also have no logs of any message sent via our website chat by you. As such, we couldn't deal with this issue at the time it was raised. Regarding the size of the drawing, as you can imagine this is not something we can control. The size of the pendant is clearly displayed on our web pages and we have received no complaints so far, besides this one. Once again, sorry you had a bad experience and didn't manage to connect with us

Absolutely Disgusted by Experience

EDITED: Since the company decided to reply to this review (9 months later), I feel compelled to address the claims that they promptly responded to me. I originally reached out to them on January 9th. I checked in frequently and only ever got responses of "no updates yet" in regards to their mistake with my order. By January 26th, after no response addressing my concerns and how we could remedy them, I requested a refund of the product. On February 1st, that email was responded to stating that I could not receive a refund, but that they would offer me a 20% discount on a future order in order to close the case. After the horrible experience I'd already been having, I immediately declined. A week later, they finally responded again stating that they would send the correct item that I had ordered. It took another month for the order to finally arrive. I am not sure how a three month timeframe to address a company mistake can be regarded as prompt communication. On top of this, the owner was extremely condescending, including the following verbiage on one of the final emails: "For the records, I am the owner of the company. While I appreciate the frustration of receiving not what you ordered, I also think that a more positive and understanding attitude from your end would have been a lot more helpful generally speaking." I am happy to provide the email and chat threads to anyone interested, showing that I was more than patient and understanding for over a month, until I started being completely ignored as the owner (passing himself off as a customer service member) tried to evade taking responsibility for correcting his company's mistake. To then give this response to my review 9 months later is an additional slap in the face. My original review stands on its own merit, and I remain committed to my statements of disgust and frustration at my experience with the company.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered a necklace at the beginning of December as a birthday gift for my mom. What finally arrived in January was a large keychain (a less expensive item offered by the company). I reached out promptly to Customer Service with picture evidence, who took a few days to initially reply by letting me know my issue was being escalated. Fast forward over two weeks later and I have yet to receive communication regarding resolving my issue (I just get eventual responses stating that the customer service rep hasn’t heard from the dispute dept). I originally asked for the proper item to be shipped to me - at this point I just want my money back due to the frustration of the situation and their lack of care or response. Absolutely disgusted and will advise anyone I know to use a different company for any similar purchase.

Customer service promptly engaged with you and we also re-sent you a replacement of the product ordered, which you fail to mention in this review. We acknowledge that the dispute raised could have been dealt much quicker but unfortunately it was a very busy time of the year and we couldn't process it any faster.

Terrible quality

Terrible quality, no detail, rough round the edges making it scratchy and sharp. Arrived with no packaging or box, took over 2 months to arrive, out of timescale agreed.
Had zero communication from customer services.
Very very unhappy

Quality wasn't as expected

Quality wasn't as expected. I ordered a necklace based on my drawing, however the result was quite bad, there were lots of detail missed, and the result is quite rough.
