SHAM OF A COMPANY! STAY AWAY
I ordered a coat online. Poor quality and poor fit. I expected it to be at least made of decent fabric since I paid £100 for it - not even worth half of that!
Returning the item is made DIFFICULT. (Took ages to find the returns infoand the customer has to pay for postage)
THEY DID NOT REFUND MY FULL MONEY! I paid £100 for my item and they returned me £83??
Please don't bother wasting your time and money ordering from this disgusting and thieving company.
Worst company, useless customer service and not received my order!!!
I ordered from forever new online a month ago and have still not received my purchase... when I call customer services they keep saying that they're in contact with eshopworld and will be letting me know about the progress of my order as there appeared to have been a glitch that caused it not to have a tracking number. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks now for delivery or at least a valid tracking number and have spoken with customer service who promised me numerous callbacks from management, which I have never received. I have also taken it upon myself to contact eshopworld to find out what is going on with the tracking and delivery of my purchase and they said it was nothing to do with them and to contact forever new directly. I am absolutely disgusted with this company as they keep telling me to be patient and that they will get back to me and to date still haven't, I placed my order on 19 September! I will never be buying from them again, this is my first and only expereince and it's safe to say I will never bother again as I did not get my item and wasted 10+ phone calls and emails to then not be helped. Absolutely disgusting!!!
Terrible service and no resolution item not delivered
I haven't received my item even though I was told time and time again that this was getting resolved and had been escalated to a supervisor who would be calling me back, yet I have never received the call back promised and had to chase this for 3+ weeks. I've still not received my item or refund and will be doing a charge back with my card company... I'm deeply disappointed with forever new and will never order from their online shop again.
No point in buying online.. you won't get half of your products!!
As an online customer, I expect to be treated like a regular customer. When you buy something at the physical store, no one will take the product out of your bag when you are leaving the store saying that it's not available anymore. Well, this is precisely what happens in the online store. You spend your time searching through the items, you buy it, pay for it, and then five days later you find out that half of the things you've purchased are sold out and will not be sent to you.
Disgrace of a company
I have never been more appalled by a clothing brand. During Coronavirus you have shut all your shops meaning all shopping is to be done online, meaning you can't try anything on (which is completely fair enough to be closed). However, you have a differing returns policy on your website compared to the one attached on my invoice you emailed. I approached a customer service member via email called Ratish about this and asking to cancel my order 8 minutes after placing the order. He said 'no' and then said it's not his problem if the returns policy differ. I then have attempted calling the customer service number 8 times to which disconnects after a number of minutes of sitting on hold and I have only 14 days to return the items to receive no refund apparently, which was not in the terms I read originally. You then want me to pay for the return postage for items I never wanted. I have emailed you 3 times now asking for a call back and its been 7 days and nothing - so now I have spent $250 on clothes I can't wear that I only brought because of your returns policy on their website!! What a disgrace for policy and is completely misleading and illegal - if I do not hear some a senior representative tomorrow I will be making contact with the ombudsmen, ACCC and a number of other consumer legal rights groups.
