High quality, low price and outstanding customer service
I have been using a mechanical keyboard (Strike) and optical mouse (Razor) from Gamemax for the past six or so months. The keyboard is excellent and far surpassed my expectation considering the modest price when compared with similar competitors. I have had zero issues with it so far.
The mouse is excellent for the price as well, but my unit had issues with its RGB lighting - the lighting stopped working for a few weeks, only to light up again for a day or two and then stop working again. The mouse was less than a year old so I contacted Gamemax, who asked for my serial number and proof of purchase and then sent a replacement mouse out to me. Considering this is a £10 mouse, I was amazed by their customer service. I wouldn't have expected a full replacement from them if I'd bought a mouse for five times as much!
It's clear this is a company who tries to make quality products at a low price. They genuinely seem to care about the customer's experience too! For a tech manufacturer, that's pretty much all you can ask for - quality for relatively cheap, and a real passion for making good products.
I'm thoroughly impressed by Gamemax and intend to stick with them in the future for my PC peripherals. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality at a budget, and a company that cares about its customers to boot!

Really good product , for the price you can't get any better! But , the best of it is the team behind the brand. Customer service is great if not perfect, they were nice and helpful, something rare to come across this days .
