That's strange Poppy, Ispy and Chevington! What happend to the original review!

Be very careful working with iSpy and their finance partner Chevington (CF&I). I was a loyal customer for 10 years and when I came to the end of my current 5 year contract I had a very difficult time extracting myself from their clutches.

I gave 8 months notice (which Chevington tried to deny) but still almost got signed up for another 5 years.

Please check your notice period!

You will have to pay a £200+ collection fee for any equipment to iSpy and couple hundred pounds to Chevington for god knows what.

Unfortunately, I can not give 0 stars.

The engineer Chris was great communicating exactly what time he would arrive and was really helpful during his time here. He not only assisted me on moving some stuff out of the way, he also helped the steam pressure inspector.

Absolute amazing customer service, brilliant install and a joy to deal with.

The Ispygroup are great, we have 7 water dispensers from them on a three year agreement. The installation was smooth, the annual service goes like a dream and if there are any problems the team are always happy to fix the problem very quickly. Steve came and fitted our coffee machine today and couldn't have asked for anyone better... Set it up for us and explained clearly how to use and clean it... Thanks again Steve George from Sheena and blods staff

Had a call out from an engineer to fix our coffee machine. The level of service these guys provide is exceptional. Problem was fixed, they also provided staff with clear and precise training.

The engineer left and we had a slight problem with the machine but he was 100 miles away. The guy drove all the way back to us to sort it out. 400 miles of driving for a customer speaks volumes.

Fantastic service. The gentleman was called Glyn.

Over the past few weeks we have put in a few engineer call outs for problems with our machine due to being closed for such a long time. On both occasions Steve has been out to us and dealt with the issues quickly, efficiently and professionally as always. Always on time too, its good not have to be hanging about waiting.
Highly Recommend I SPY Coffee

Great service yet again by Steve the engineer and also on this occasion his work colleague who joined him on site. They have spent several days on site upgrading / exchanging various drinks machine. They have been very helpful, polite and carried out the tasks without causing any disruption to the day to day running of the business.

Steve & Glyn have been with us for the last three days, to service and replace our coffee machines and water coolers.

Nothing was too much trouble, cant thank them both enough, very efficient, polite and clearly know these machines inside out!

The service has been absolutely amazing, I had a request on Monday and by Wednesday we were all sorted. The Engineers are all very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. We have used several companies for our hot and cold water requirements and can honestly say Ispygroup are the best all round.

We hired water coolers from this company for a 5 year period. Such nice people to work with and very helpful at the end of the agreement. A pleasant experience and so different from other lease companies. Thank you.

Ispygroup supply and service the water drinking fountains to my school.

Although we are a relatively small school, the service I have received over a number of years has been excellent. Due to the recent Covid-19 issue, I was required to replace all my existing water cooler units with more up to date units in order to limit the spread of the virus. My contract with them was amended (no extra cost to me) and the engineer turned up on time, with the new units, which were all installed, very professionally, in a couple of hours.
The back up and service is first class and I would not hesitate in recommending Ispygroup to any organisation who have or are considering having these type of units installed.
