I genuinely love Jia Jia and have purchased multiple pieces from the brand over the years, which is why this review is disappointing for me to write.
My Ruby & Pearl bracelet unfortunately fell apart after only around 3 months of normal wear, for a bracelet at this price point I honestly expected much better durability and craftsmanship.
The jewellery is beautiful aesthetically and I still love the brand's designs, but based on my experience the quality did not match the luxury pricing. I really hope this was an isolated issue because the bracelet was one of my favourite pieces.

24 hour return policy. I loved one of the bracelets but one of them is so cheap, I can’t believe. Will not be buying anything further.

Very cheap looking. The photos on the selling shops are definitely retouched and do not reflect the reality of what you find in the pounch compared to the selling price. Definitely « made in china » Customer service is rude-for lack of an expletive. I dealt with a haughty person named Greg Vallario, whose only response to my inquiry was «  his job ended when they shipped the package » an AI chatbot would have had better manners. There are tons of better looking bracelets or anklets below their items selling price.

This company has no customer service and will blame you/accuse you of apparently being a toddler who can't keep their jewelry in tact within the first 30 days of purchase. That's called a quality issue with your product. I dealt with a sassy, unprofessional man named Greg Vallario who after I sent photos and described how my jewelry broke within a month of purchasing it, they would not be able to do anything about it and that their products don't just break that easily. Mind you - the package came in a "Made In China" bag and I wouldn't be surprised in the very least if these "stones and crystals" are straight from China as well. Highly suspicious company that should be taken off luxury brand websites for not offering even the basic level of customer service.
