Whilst we do work with some customers to help them find their vehicle as well as arranging the finance, in your case we only provided the financing for your purchase and weren't involved in sourcing or supplying the car itself.
We'd encourage you to raise your concerns directly with the supplying dealer, as they would be best placed to address the issues you've experienced with the vehicle. If you'd like to discuss the finance side of things, our team are always happy to help.
We'd kindly ask that you consider updating your review to reflect the service you received from us specifically and separately share your feedback with the dealer.

Straight forward company, good customer service and hassle free for the customer. Easy process and they keep you updated with next steps constantly which I loved. I choose a car on Monday and I collected it the Thursday. Would definitely recommend Jigsaw to friends and family.

After having trouble being accepted for finance I was weary when I was contacted by jigsaw, but Habib has been nothing but helpful from start to finish. He found me my idea of the perfect car and was always at the end of the phone updating me on the process and to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend jigsaw finance!

Incredibly annoying. Asked multiple callers to stop contacting me. Had to block the number. I work in Sales and this is ridiculous the amount of times I’ve been called. 5 times in 2 days.
