Never shipped, never refunded or replaced which…

I purchased an order from no cap hemp company which is one of the companies they ship for. Put my order in on nov 25th and still haven't recieved my package. When i contacted them they gave me a tracking number that shows the shipping label was created on Dec 1st, but never given to usps. I never recieved any further assistance. Won't be doing business with nocaphemp or justcbd after this. It's been a nightmare and I'm just taking the loss.

It has been nearly a month since…

It has been nearly a month since placing my order, and I still have not received anything. Customer service was not very helpful/responsive regarding shipment of my items. Three weeks after placing my order, I was told it was no longer in stock & a replacement could be offered (even though I had been told weeks prior that my order had already been shipped). It all feels like a scam. Order still hasn’t been dropped off at carrier.

I had paid for the 5-7 days shipping to…

I had paid for the 5-7 days shipping to get my package . It ended up coming in 15 days after I purchased it and I want a refund for the shipping .

Product is similar to others

Product is similar to others. The problem with JustCBD is that the customer service is really bad and the website needs updated. I was able to place orders for items that where out of stock. I had a few monthly subscriptions and half of the time they where late or never processed. Nothing was every communicated to me when this happened either. I would email the support email, no one responds. I would call customer service, some rude lady just took down my name and number...of course no one called back...I'm out ✌️

We sincerely apologies for this issue. UPS lost about 200 orders of ours on November 17, 2022, that were never scanned or even tracked into their system. We have also refunded your card the amount of your purchase for this issue

Superior CBD Products

Thoughtful packaging and fast shipping. But most importantly, JustCBD gummies are superior to all other products I have tried. I highly recommend their products and have referred many people who have also experienced positive results. Enjoy!

I still have not received products or…

I still have not received products or an email or call. I have called twice and the guy who answers says you will reach out by email. I am very upset my product has not come and I am looking for a new competitor to do my business with.
