Once you pay, they don’t care. No refund or returns. Damaged items.
So after months of waiting for a response from directors they choose to simply ignore issues with the items purchased. I have now discovered that a soap dispense I have purchased from them doesn’t work (pump seems to be broken), this cost me 200£. They’ll communicate with you up until you pay them the money, and there after the customer service is non existing. I am highly disappointed to have received a toilet that was the wrong colour (which they’ve not let me return, the second toilet with damaged lid that they simply sprayed over and claimed to have replaced for a brand new one, and now a dispenser that doesn’t work). Utter rubbish. I will absolutely not leave this alone until I get a formal response from the two directors.
