Mad City Windows & Bath has lost a potential customer! When they start calling immediately when you inquire about a quote and proceed to call you NON-STOP throughout the day and well into the next day, from different phone numbers, that’s a bit much! They sent a text asking when it would be a good time for a call and I replied and said “tomorrow at noon” since I was at work, but they have called from different numbers non-stop since that time! ***Do they really think (at this point) I would EVER do business with them for any reason?? (Not a chance!!) Just passing this little encounter along since they’re still calling and I’m SICK of it!😡😡😡 22 phone calls from different phone numbers in less than 24 hours is unbelievable when I’ve asked them to stop!! I wish I could post copies of all of them from my phone as proof! Horrible experience!

I had MAD CITY install a roll in shower this was several years ago they had to adjust to be able to roll shower chair in without having to physically lift the chair with my daughter in chair any way some one came to my door 2days ago and he ask if I had any thing I needed to have updated I told him no and I told him that I had a shower installed several years ago and he ask if he could see. I showed he said they had updated products so I let him have some one out to look at they came yesterday and he said since they have life time warranty coverage that I just needed service to have the ramp fixed the people that I talked to were very nice I ask him how much would this cost he said nothing as under warranty so when the service person called he said because of wear and tear it would cost me $ why did one say won't be a charge then when called to set app. there was a charge if life time mean what ?if you don't use the shower

I have no idea who these people are. I received a call @ 10 AM on 5 October 2025. I said it was Sunday and I did not request any estimates...I hung up. I then received 3 other calls from the same office harassing me. They claimed when I threatened to call the police they were the victims and I was rude. I have no idea who these people are but have sought legal action to not have them call me again.

I had a new shower unit installed in my bathroom off my bedroom 3 weeks ago, approx. The men involved were courteous and attentive. Very professional. The completed job is amazing. The shower experience is is wonderful. I love the look and the feel of the shower.

Installer Christopher was very professional. Took extreme care to insure no mess left behind, answered all my questions and left us with a great shower!

I mistakenly provided my phone number and despite calling and asking them to add my number to their Do Not Call list, I’ve gotten over 100 calls in two days sometimes as many as 4 calls in a row. How do I get these people to leave me alone? Do I have to report them as harassing me?

We set up an appointment to have our kitchen reviewed for new cabinets, counters and backsplash. Both of us got covid and I called the scheduler to tell him we need to reschedule the appointment, but he was reluctant and said something along the lines of they weren't worried about covid anymore. Um, what? I repeated the need to reschedule and he said we could make a final decision when they called the day before the appointment to confirm. Since then, I've been in the hospital with covid-related pneumonia and sent an email to info*madcitywindows.com to not come as planned. They still showed up at our house. Yeah, we won't be doing business with them at any point moving forward.

Someone came to my door, talked us into new windows, and it was all said and done now nearly 2 years later and the finance company they set us up with has threatened to sue us for missing 2 payments our loan was for $11,000 and after 2 years we have paid off $500 the rest was to interest. So if you can’t pay for the project yourself be cautious of the company they use to finance it

This is really a mixed review. The installers were excellent. Efficient and did a great job. Lots of work for lots of very large windows. The service after the sale is awful. We have two windows that have condensation. We have contacted Mad City multiple times and had people stop out. We have sent pictures of the condensation, yet no response from Mad City. These windows are guaranteed against this failure yet the guarantee is worthless when you can't get action from the company. If you are looking for windows, I suggest you look elsewhere.

We would just like to extend our praise and gratitude to Andy & Angel on their recent work installing our walk-in shower. We cannot say enough good things about their work and attitude during our install. They were the ultimate professionals and very personable, they went out of their way to show me what and why they were doing what they were doing during the install. You are very fortunate to have such a pair working for you.

This Company overcharges for their products. If the sales representative charges over the base price they split the amount with the company. They are paid a low commission on the base price so the only way they can make a leaving is to overcharge. They claim not to use subcontractors but most of their installers are subcontractors.

Zach did a great job, he is prompt, professional, and friendly.

Chris was the installer of our huge bay type window.the estimated weight of each window(three window panels)was 70 lbs..The installation was done in a little over three hours.He was polite,answered all questions,and after work completed,made sure we were satisfied,and everything fitted properly. Our satisfaction was his concern. Clean up was swift and positive. No damage from installation. My wife and I would recommend mad city to anyone. Bob & Marsha Becker

Decided to have Mad City remodel my kitchen. It took eight weeks to get everything, but it was worth it. Cody D. and David were great installers. The detail that these guys provided was unbelievable. I feel like I am living in a different house. Everything I had a question about, they had the answers. On time, cleaned up after themselves and hauled away their waste, great craftsmanship.

i had an appointment and got a quote for a shower replacement. i got my quote but did not get my $50.00 gift card to wallmart

Buyer beware- The 2 day shower install turned into 2 weeks. Meanwhile, they wanted to charge an additional 2k for the electrical wiring that needed to be updated and moved. I literally had to contact my attorney to review the contract and yes, Mad city was liable for the electrical work that needed to be done.
Now, we have all ceiling lights and fans that don't work due to the electrical wiring.
This company's consultant warned us about other companies tactics. We experienced exactly all the tactics he, the madcity rep, warned us about.
I'm a very unhappy homeowner and will NEVER recommend mad city.

Brandon a super Professional Technician wasn here just
a few minutes ago and handled my window repair with
such fast and efficient service. He replaced parts that
needed replacing and explained how he was doing it' He was so very nice and kind and so polite. What a joy he was to be of such a great service here. Just wish there were a million more just like this awesome young man! God Bless you Brandon!
