The poster was great quality and the photoshop looked very real.

This is my second couple canvas and I love it as much as the first one! This time I got to see it to make changes if needed and loved that option. I did ask for a slight change and it was done quickly and perfectly. Shipping took about a week which isn't bad considering how slow shipping has been lately with all vendors. Thank you again Masterpiece Me! I will be back I am sure!

The painting looks like an authentic antique. The company stated that they thought the picture was too blurred but would do the best that they could. The result was magnificent! I posted the portrait and people wondered how much I spent for the oil painting .I told them to look closer at the face and they were stunned! I have ordered another recreation for other family members and just approved it. It too looks wonderful!

I’m still excited to get the print, I didn’t have the best experience with ordering however. I had to manually follow up a few times to move my order forward. If I hadn’t I’m not sure it would’ve gotten to me in a timely manner. So if you want one, and you don’t hear anything. Squeaky wheel gets the grease - hope your experience is better than mine !

I have no way to reach the artist as after several corrections to the painting the artist marked my projected approved when I still have a concern.

The piece arrived in today's mail. I was astounded at how easy and wonderful the whole process was. I needed an adjustment and it was swiftly and easily completed. The entire transaction was astoundingly wonderful.

This company is the very best. I have ordered over 10 paintings the last couple years, and had to adjust two that I didn't care for, but no problem because they are great to work with you if you are not happy. So don't waste your time looking anywhere else but at Masterpiece Me.

Wish the proportions of the bodies could b changed, good experience otherwise

I couldn't be happier. They let you make as many revisions as needed. I might have been quite the annoying customer because I gave them two pictures with different light exposures and at different distances. Instead of asking for a new picture they somehow made it work through all of my revision requests for resizing and lighting/contrast. I havent recieved the product yet, but I can see the preview and it is absolutely phenomenal.

I couldn't have asked for a more responsive and accommodating customer service. The customer dashboard made it super easy to review the process, know what to expect, and ask for any revisions.

They also did an incredible job with the portrait itself, and can't wait to give it as a gift!

TOTAL SCAM. THIS COMPANY IS ROYAL PORTRAITS. THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME WHEN THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU CAUGHT WIND OF THEIR FRAUD. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE THEM PRETENDING TO BE REAL PEOPLE.

completely satisfied with previous purchases

Arrived damaged. They are replacing but have not received yet. Took several emails to get them to send my digital order because they had confused it with a previous order of mine. Slow to help.
Have another order pending so hopefully that goes better

I have purchased three paintings now and I’m very pleased with how each one has turned out! They really do look exactly like the person! These make great gifts and I will definitely purchase more in the future!!!
