I purchase from milana studios often and have to say there garments are of really high quality, my wife and daughter love there clothes, purchased two oversized blazers before Christmas as presents and again very impressed and they both loved them,I'm a t-shirt lover and wife occasionally buys me milana studios t-shirts and have to say they beat many of what's on the market today by quality and style and if your looking to stand out from the crowd then milana studios is a very safe bet can't fault them at all very impressed

Have shopped with Milana on a number of occasions now, Tara herself is really responsive on socials when asking about sizing and if I have had any issues with deliveries or delays I’ve been able to email and they have responded quickly!

Milana studios do the best quality clothes that look amazing and so different to anywhere else. The clothes wash great, look great and last, I have many items from Milana and all look as good as day I bought them. Delivery is great and items arrive in a bag with a personalised card. Never had one issue or had to make a return, I love Milana 🖤🖤🖤🖤

Update since yesterday -
Having spoke to the lady again on the phone today, she reassured me that my order was not just another number and apologised sincerely if she came across as blunt.
I think we can all agree that everyone in retail is just doing their best and working in such a competitive industry filled with a gruesome customer base such as myself must be really hard (🤦🏻♀️ guilty as charged!!)
I just want to add that the service in hindsight was much more hands on than most brands, given that the lady took the time to pick up the phone instead of just emailing me,
I do appreciate the more personal touch and it certainly does go a long way, I’ve never once doubted the quality of this brand but for sure I may have come across as a bit of brat so I do apologise. Order is on route, and it most definitely will not be the last order, I can’t get enough!!

Generally the service is 10/10 however I feel a bit let down today…..like many - I set my watch with an alarm for 10am on Black Friday for the new drop and must have cashed out by 10.05am 😂 yes I am that gal…….however I am still waiting for my pending order to update……I buy a lot of clothing from milana and the service is usually impeccable, I’ve never had to wait for an order….i reached out to Tara as no one was coming back to me on email, and a young lady then called me which was great, however she was quite abrupt and said I must wait 3 days until my order is to be processed, and I get it, I really do!!! A lot of orders must get out the door following the manic and panic of Black Friday but I hung up the call and just felt a bit underwhelmed if I’m honest, the young lady was very matter of fact ‘wait your turn’ type of response and I’m still no further along, I am pretty sure my order must have been one of the first on the website and like I say I shop here a lot and spend a lot, so I just feel a bit meh…….quality is unmatched, never ever doubt that, you get what you pay for!!! I just wish they would either remove the ‘next working day delivery’ function during big sales (to avoid the explanation of a delay) or at least follow up with an auto response at checkout stating orders will take longer to arrive, I’m now without the full outfit I had planned for a work event and just a bit sad by the whole experience 😟

We apologise if the phone call discussion initially was taken in an abrupt manner, this is far from what we ever intend. During busier periods such as our Black Friday event, we kindly ask for our customers to allow 1-3 working days for orders to be shipped due to the volume of orders we receive.

I purchased my partner a sweatshirt for…
I purchased my partner a sweatshirt for his 30th birthday back in August. 30th October I gave him the sweatshirt as it was his birthday he tried it on and it was too small. I reached out via email and recieved a reply saying that on this occasion they would exchange the sweatshirt for me all I needed to do was pay to return. I posted the sweatshirt back a couple of days later. I then received an email with accusations that the sweatshirt has been worn and not in its original condition ! Which was not the case at all as like I said it was too small for my partner! I spent a lot of money on the sweatshirt then paid over £5 for them to just send it back. I have since sent THREE emails all which have been ignored!

In a usual instance, we would not be able to offer an exchange as your order was placed over 30 days ago. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to honour an exchange on this occasion. Upon receiving the returned sweatshirt, our team found that it was not in its original condition, which unfortunately makes the item unsellable for us. For this reason, we were unable to process the exchange.
Please be assured that all of our items go through several quality checks before being shipped to our customers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Milana studios is my absolute favourite…
Milana studios is my absolute favourite brand. From the quality to the customer service. Milana studios is a sustainable brand that you can wear year after year. The fits is perfect and I feel great.
I also buy for my little girl who is 4 and often we can match which I just love, I honestly can’t recommend the brand enough, There returns policy is clearly stated, how to wash your garments is clearly stated. The customer service has gone above and beyond for me many times. If I could score 10 stars I would. Make and order and you won’t be disappointed 🥰
My way of thinking is you buy cheap to buy dear, so by investing in good quality pieces that will last you a lifetime time is money well spent.
