I used the charcoal pore refine peel off mask with my partner and after waiting 25 mins to peel it off the pain was so bad peeling the edges off I had to wash it off and after washing it all off bruises appeared all around. Same happened to my partner.

The glue was all over my face!!
I use the little patches often and I found that maybe it was just this package, the glue or whatever it is was all over my face. It failed to draw anything out and I had to scrub my face multiple times to get the glue off. I normally use different ones and wanted to give these a try. Maybe this was a bad batch bc I don't see anybody else saying anything about the glue.

Thank you for sharing your experience - we’re really sorry to hear this and appreciate you flagging it. That certainly doesn’t sound like the experience we’d want anyone to have, especially if you’ve used similar patches successfully before.
This isn’t something we commonly see reported, so it’s possible this could be an isolated issue with that particular pack. Our customer service team cservices@montagnejeunesse.com - has been made aware of this case and would really like to look into it further.

No1 for a luxurious pamper
I only use heat mask and over the years 7th Heaven are the only company that does decent masks at ridiculously low prices unlike others who's prices are extremely overpriced.
My wonderful wife loves all their products.

Have changed from one star to four as Hannah in customer service was actually brilliant and sorted everything out for me eventually. Still only four stars as never should have taken so long .

Lovely packaging, free gifts, and great masks!
Very happy with my experience with 7th Heaven. My order arrived in really lovely packaging, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a pretty little compact mirror for free with my purchase, as well as the extra birthday cake peel off mask for free too! Will definitely order again and would recommend to others.

I love these face masks
I love these face masks. This is the only company I will ever buy my face masks from. They smell amazing and leave me with perfect glowing skin. I never come out in breakouts or have a reaction to their masks. They are the best.
