Rude Owner Nautical Hosting

I was staff at Nautical Hosting, got fired for a reason I understand (doesn't matter), but the thing is, he threatened me to sue me and they talked very bad behind my back in private staff channels. If you need a host with a GOOD owner, try finding another one!!

Best hosting of my life

I am an ex customer (mostly because I don’t need a server anymore). I have used them for a couple of months. I have been looking for a good cheap host for a long time. Literally the best thing I found in my life. 10/10

Very professional PC transfer of data etc

Very professional transfer of data, devices and software to new PC from old PC on Windows 10 to 11.
Highly recommend him for this type of work. Can't thank this service enough

I would not advise partnering with…

I would not advise partnering with Nautical Hosting because they lost all of my project files for my minecraft network that was in development, and Deathenderman didn't even reply to my direct messages asking him what happened to my virtual private server that he gave me after I partnered with them. This is the most disappointing thing that happened to me because I trusted this hosting but lost two to three months of work.

Nautical Services - One of the best!

Hello, ADF here, as a staff member, this might seem odd that I am making a review. However, I was not always staff here at nautical hosting. While was a normal member, I can say comfortably that Nautical is a great service for clients in the UK. Prices are pretty low compered to other hosts, and the quality is not at all bad. On a personal level, I have recommended Nautical to multiple people; I have not received a single complaint.

Apart from hosting, Nautical offers other services, like a rank system, often considered as the improvement and free-to-use of "Better Ranks".

Nautical is a great company with great product, support, and a great CEO that cares about the community.

I've used Nautical Hosting, and it's not great!

I’ve been using Nautical Hosting for almost a month. The owner is very nice, and the staff always try to respond as quickly as possible. The panel is easy to use, and the specs are amazing. I recommend this to anyone looking for a hosting company.

EDIT:
Its been a year and i have had a terrible experience!
I was staff(Head Developer) and I worked on a project for over 1k hours nautical and then the owner just took it offline and deleted all backups and files of the project. I also made something called Nautical Tools and hosted it on nautical and now the owner claims its his and he owns the files and refuses to take it offline. I also had a server with them and out of no were the owner just deleted it no warning nothing i lost all the files of that server because i had backups saved on their host.

Trust pilot is not allowing me to edit the date to the correct one so here are the dates.
1k Hour Project: 9/26/2025
Nautical Tools: 9/27/2025
Server Deleted: — 7/14/2025

Whilst we appreciate your past contributions, the claims made in your edit do not accurately represent the events that occurred.
Regarding your services:
Your "VelocityNodes" domain has a cancellation request in place and is schedules to terminate on 19/03/2026.,
The 10gb server remains in a pending state, as the related invoice was never paid. As a result this service was never made to begin with.,
Your "Traveller" plan and any other associated servers were suspended upon your departure from Nautical Services. This includes all servers registered under your previous nauticalhosting.com email address.,
When you left, all Nautical servers under your management were either removed at your own request, as confirmed in correspondence with our Billing Team ("i also have 2 servers on the panel that you can remove," "my 2 servers were given to me not via billing u dont have to suspend them just delete em"), or removed as part of our standard offboarding procedures.

All development work carried out by staff or contributors is the intellectual property of Nautical, as outlined in our internal agreements. Any licensing or resource exemptions apply only during active employment or engagement; upon termination, all rights revert to Nautical. (Section Eight (8) and Nine (9)).

The Nautical Network project was, from its inception, a voluntary initative, as is standard for internal development projects. There was no guarantee of release, publication, or compensation, and this was communicated clearly at the outset and throughout its development.

For clarity, with the exemption of our Company Lead Team - who may receive a monthly stipend as a independent contractors - all Nautical teams operate on a volunteer basis. Contributors and staff participate at their own discretion and are not subject to strict minimum activity requirements.

We wish you the best in future endeavours; however, we stand by the facts detailed above.
