Adorable PJ’s and fabulous customer service 🤍

I ordered some pyjamas in April after the new owner Deb had taken over and recieved my order super quickly and have been very impressed at the customer service. The Aperol Spritz pyjamas are gorgeous, very high quality and super comfy! So much so, I have ordered more and decided to use them as my bridal party getting ready pjs for my wedding day!

I recently saw that the Night Store was under new management and as I had not received an order since January I thought I would contact them with the hope I could either get my money back or finally receive my order. From that moment on I received an email from Deb who had taken over apologising for the previous management’s neglect.. She immediately got things moving and had a new outfit dispatched without question. Suffice to say I was incredibly impressed by the service she gave and I would ask everyone that may have had a bad experience with this Store to support them going forward because Deb is turning things around and if you love the products they sell then you certainly won’t be disappointed with the service.
