1) Incorrect item was ordered
2) We never promised a free return of the item as it is against our policy unless the product is faulty. We promised to waive off the administration charges, which we did.
3) You placed an order for the correct item again on Friday evening. It is clearly stated in our shipping policy that we ship items within 2 business days. And yet we received a 1 star review from you on Monday morning for the non-delivery of your order that was placed on Friday evening.
From the very beginning, our team has been highly supportive in assisting you with your order, including waiving administrative charges for a product that was mistakenly ordered by you. In addition, we took the initiative to absorb the delivery charges and assured you of a full refund for the item that you ordered incorrectly.
However, one value we uphold without compromise at Olectrical is mutual respect. We are committed to the well-being of our staff just as much as we are dedicated to our customers, and we cannot condone verbal abuse towards our team members. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to cancel your order and issue a full refund, as we believe that respectful and constructive interactions are fundamental to maintaining a positive business relationship.

Damaged lights

Both lights were damaged in the packets , I was able to straighten them but not happy one ok but two not exeptable

Damaged Infra Red heater

Ordered an Infra Red heater. delivery was quick, but the glass around the element was damaged. I have emailed on 3 separate occasions but have heard nothing back. Use this company at your peril.

This may be a harsh review

This may be a harsh review. I received an email, on Thursday, apologising about problems with DPD resulting in a delay. I responded asking for a ‘when’ ETA. No response and now I receive a ‘How did we do?’
I’m sure this is an automated process error but, well, there lies the heart of many problems…
DAYS later, NO response. NO merchandise delivered. NOTHING - like customer service or who gives a sh_t points! THEY, Olectrical, obviously do not. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. May they rot!

Dishonest company

Rubbish service my order was not delivered despite that I have been charged for it and on top of that I have been chasing your company by emails, filling out your online forms and leaving several voicemails despite alll that olectrical company has still not responded by emai, text or phone call. I want my full refund ASAPaa your company has failed not to deliver under the consumer rights I am entitled to a full refund and compensation. Anyone interested purchasing from this company do not. What is more insulting is that you keep sending emails for a review when you have NOT delivered my order.Disappointing, untrustworthy, unprofessional and despicable company & customer service.
