Great rugged watch and works well with FitCloud Pro, records steps, blood pressure, heart rate & blood oxygen level also has a breathing exercise function that yo can use to control your breathing. Battery life very good 3-4 days before recharging. Good for use in all sports or exercise programs. very pleased with this watch and would certainly recommend it to any one that needs a decent sports watch

OUKITEL phones are fantastic, but delivery time is terrible. I was waiting 11 days, but I received email that my phone will be with me in 3-5 days.

First time using a Oukitel mobile. Much heavier than other mobiles but once you get over that, you forget about it and you enjoy the extended battery life. Still getting to know all the functions of the phone,but so far, great👍😀

Was very interested in one of these phones. Having read the reviews - no way. Any Company that charges you to replace a faulty device is not a serious Company.

No sale Oukitel. Please read up the law

I didn't receive the product

Evri say they tried 3 times to deliver the phone. But this is not true. And they said they returned the item. So at the moment I have a over a £200 spend and no phone. No idea how I can get it re-delivered.

This is my first oukitel smart phone and well pleased with it solid fast and well worth the money.

Was great phone WP30 pro until it's dropped from pocket and broken the screen 😔

Super products! Bought so far a tablet, a phone, and multiples watches for myself and friends

Absolute joke, paid £260 for a phone which arrived faulty. Asked to return and was told I had to pay for the return, this is of course against UK consumer law that states the COMPANY is responsible. To make it worse it cost me £12 as it needed to be insured and tracked for the full amount. Then they tell me they will charge me £15 to process the return, again against consumer law. Will be raising the issue with trading standards and issuing small claims action to get my full money back. Absolute robbers so beware!

Ref their reply consumer law states:
Faulty item
The seller is responsible for paying for return postage and any replacement items. If the buyer requests a refund, they can recover the cost of postage, delivery, and return.

Do not let them rob you of your rights

Good product, good price, prompt delivery

Excellent quality and good service. Camera's better than any other I have seen. Night vision works great and macro good. Lots of storage and of course Android software and apps. Excellent battery life, usually 3 to 5 days for me. WP21 is what I have.
