I hate them so much

I hate them so much, I'm so unhappy, they scammed me of 110 euro. I ordered 2 weeks ago on their website and cannot get in touch with them at all.

Awful experience with them at present, I have emailed them several times regarding the lack of email confirmation for an order for which they took payment of close to €200. I’m being flat out ignored for a week.

I hope to update this rating but the communication is very poor. I’ll probably be left with no option but to contact my bank to reverse the transaction, I’d prefer to receive what I ordered but they refuse to engage with me.

Horrible experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. The lady who answered the phone on 01892 500100 was rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic manners. She also hung up on me during the call, which I found very unprofessional.

Basically thieves absolute scam…

Put an order in for missing mario stickers on the 14th of April and they never arrived. Tried to email them on the 10th of may, was told they will arrive by the 12th as they are posted from Italy. It's now the 16th, no stickers, no reply to emails, no money.

Absolute disgrace of a company

No item received, no response from customer service. Awful.

Preordered an item on 02/04. Was dispatched 29/04, the day after release.
I never got the item and it’s been over 2 weeks since dispatch date.
Tried emailing their “customer care” and shop email addresses to rectify. Have had little to no response to my 4 emails.
Terrible customer service, didn’t even acknowledge the issue, or try and provide any kind of updates or solution. No wonder they’ve lost the license for future World Cup sticker books if this is how they behave. Awful.

Brutal customer service. Tried to amend an address minutes after an order (as I made an error). Slow reply saying nothing can be done as its being processed.
Understand its my mistake but there was no explanation or advice as to what happens in this situation. I'm also sure they could have done more.

Theyre not answering emails, nor the phone. Poor

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, my son started his first sticker album and toward the end he has some missing stickers which we thought to let him complete on the website, order sent at the beginning of April and still nothing, customer service reply after days or weeks from when I contacted them and still the case is unresolved.
It’s not the first time, last time waited two months and needed to block the payment on my bank account (and only then they finally replied) and on a second collection after waiting forever there are several scratch and bent cards.
Last time I will ever buy anything panini

Buggy website and nonsensical customer service

Beware when using discount codes on the Panini UK website. I applied a valid 10% code, but the site glitched/refreshed during payment and charged me the full price anyway.

When I contacted customer service while the order was still 'Pending,' they ignored me until after it was dispatched. Their 'solution' was to suggest I cancel a dispatched order instead of just refunding the £2.50 difference caused by their own technical error. Total lack of common sense or care for collectors. No wonder they are losing their licenses to Topps/Fanatics.

I purchased the omni set of fifa World Cup 2026 cards for £345.00 which panini advertise as “For the first time ever, Panini presents an exclusive complete collection, in one deluxe box, created for true collectors”

I noticed that they issued and update set for £14.95 and questioned why this was not in the complete set I purchased, I emailed them 3 weeks ago and as no response have been ringing but no one ever answers

Disappointing Fulfilment Standards

They were running a promotion offering a limited edition card of a specific player, who also happens to be one of my favourite players. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed to find that the card was simply placed loose inside the box without any sleeve or protective packaging whatsoever.

During transit, the card was inevitably left to move freely inside the package, colliding with other items - including the card set tin. Under these conditions, surface scratches and corner damage are practically unavoidable, which is completely unacceptable for a so-called limited edition card.

As a collector, I find it difficult to understand how such careless handling could come from the official company itself. Even a typical seller on eBay would usually take basic steps - such as using sleeves, top loaders, or protective packaging - to ensure the card arrives in good condition. The fact that independent hobbyist sellers often handle cards with far greater care than the official distributor is frankly quite disappointing and unprofessional.

The EFL Sticker book is poor quality

The EFL Sticker book is poor quality. The center pages came out and I have tried to get this sorted with Panini, and have been ignored for two months now. The customer service telephone number never gets answered either. I would like a refund but I'll be honest, I believe I'll be ignored for long enough that I just go away. Pathetic customer service and even worse quality. What a shame.

If I could give this company no stars I would!

Do not order/buy from this site, it is an absolute scam!

Luckily I had ordered via a credit card and had to get my bank involved which seems to have saved me being scammed and loosing money.

Pre ordered goods worth over £240.00.

No tracking or any relevant information was provided or sent to me on dispatch, so I had to chase for updates.

When a company comes back to you after a ridiculous amount of days, expressing that my order was dispatched but that there is no tracking number provided even when an order is over £240.00 alarm bells start ringing!

I emailed Panini and enquired as to why there is no tracking information?

I was told that the order was dispatched via royal mail 2nd class post?

I mean come on team this is not good business is it?

I haven't ordered a birthday card with a badge on it, the order was worth £245.00!

Anyway, I got the bank involved and as soon as I put through a request to investigate, Panini came back to me with an excuse that really did tickle me.

Your order has been cancelled, your order was delayed and wouldn't arrive until late Jan we did email you about this (no emails received, regarding a delay in my inbox or junk etc, more lies) they have now cancelled the order but also explained that apparently I had provided the wrong order number hence the confusion?

This was my first order with Panini, I specifically had used the details from my original confirmation email from Panini when I had placed the order, which had my ref/order number. Although some how I had provided the wrong info when chasing for a phantom order?

And even if this was the case (It isn't) and I was in the wrong, it's a little bit iffy that Panini had only just realised this when there had been a chain email between both parties that had the order number on, or could it be because of my bank getting involved they are trying the blame game?

Who knows, either way DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Thank Rob, hands down the worst Customer Service ever!

The new EFL collection

I was looking forward to the new EFL sticker release but Panini have managed to mess it up. The sticker album is very poor quality and despite being gentle with it, the centre pages have fallen out. I have now found out this is a common issue (a quick Google will show you). Such a shame that they get this license and just ruin it. Sticker and card collecting just isn't the same anymore, quality is sacrificed for short-sighted profiteering.

Which is impossible considering there was only 10 cards for my redemption made

The worst trading card company ever

This company is fraudulent, rude and horrible at dealing with issues , I pulled a 1/1 wayne rooney card only to find out someone else has the same card meaning they print the best hits more than once and 1/1 holds no prestige seeing as they can just print as many as they like , panini refused to give me a explanation to why and blocked my phone number and social media for pointing it out , they offered me 3 packs of cards in compensation how tone deaf are they

Won't let me buy my magazine.

I've used the subscription feature for the last few years, cancelled my yearly subscription in march and everything was fine. Today I went to order an one off magazine for my dad but I was unable to make my purchase since the website will only accept credit cards or paypal. I use debit cards (like most people) and I have no idea why Panini no longer accepts other ways of payment. I took my business elsewhere and will continue to unless Panini brings back other payment options.

Recieved a redemption code on a card

Recieved a redemption code on a card. Made an account, popped the code in....weeks later I went to check and nothing
Emailed panini. They're not helpful
Not helpful at all. My second email has actually been ignored for days on end now.

I just want to know where my redeemed card is. It is a piece of signed memorabilia.
Don't trust panini.💁‍♀️

Save Your Time and Money!

The long time to wait for stickers to arrive aside, the quality is really poor. Selected an Elite Premier League 2025 customised sticker. The sticker you receive is not shiny as you would expect. Also the club shirt is just blue with no sponsor or badge. A very poor product, save your money
