Smooth and clear directions

Easy entry. Found a spot quickly. Price was good. The exit was problematic though. The exit lane that I used wouldn't open when I scanned my code. I had to back out and go to another lane. Luckily there was only one car behind me.

I got charged 2 times trying to contact company no success yet

QR code didn't work at all when I did exit the gate. I did pay full charge by my credit card as lost ticket to exit...

Easy to access,large parking spaces,very clean and clear garage..Great price!

Be aware of if you used the machine right before you left , it will overcharge you. So it’s better to pay the ticket on the machine at each floor . I parked at the sky view center last night. I was about to pay at the machine on my floor but there was a line. I left because I knew that I could also pay at the machine at the exit. When I waiting on line to exit via the Roosevelt Ave, the car in front of me took forever. The driver finally got out the car and told me that the machine charged him $20 for over 3 hour parking. He said whoever parked over 3 hours, the machine will charge $20. He went out of his car because no one was at the booth at that time to assist him, He went to the security window on the right but nobody could help him. He finally got back to his car and paid the machine and left. By the time I payed , the machine charged me $20 like the person said. I parked for a little more than 4 hours. Again since nobody was at the exit to assist, I paid and left. However, I need to find someone to dispute the ticket. Can anyone help me?

Easy in and easy out

Booked parking and couldn't even open pass when needed. I had to call support because their platform wouldn't provide me with any usable pass after paying.

1- we arrived 38 minutes before the entry time for ball game (entry time was 3:08p, we arrived at 2:30p). It's hard to judge NYC traffic as we drove in from PA. Result, we had to pay again with credit card. They said i could call for refund if i did right away. i didn't call right away and result was i ended up paying $42 for the $22 deal. I won't make that mistake again
2 - Getting out was a nightmare. I'm sure that this isn't the first time you heard this. But 90 minutes?! Unacceptable.
Location was fine in proximity to Citi Field.
You wanted honest and constructive. Hope you understand what i'm saying.

Although driving into the lot was relatively easy, There was no easy way to walk out to Roosevelt Ave. No proper signage., no walkway. Had to walk where cars drive, very unsafe! After game, most of stairways and lot was roped off & not easy to find proper stairway that would get us back to car. We got to level, saw car but could not get to car . Had to go up, go around , go down , climb between ropes, ridiculous! Glad to get out of there without getting hurt!

Easy ticket purchase online and easy walk to Citi Field. Be aware that exit from parking facility after a game at Citi Field is extremely slow due to limited exits and large number of cars merging.

I hate paying for parking.

Machine did not work so I had to take a ticket. I had a pre paid spot. I was able to cancel ticket and get refund

I was happily surprisied to I see a clean, newly renovating looking parking place when I arrived. A nice parking experience at a very affordable price in Manhattan! Definitely will I’ll come back and recommend to others.

Purchased parking for US Open at a lot nearby. Very easy, more than reasonable. A good experience.
However, the day of the event, before leaving I wanted to open my parking pass on my phone [in case I had connectivity issues at the lot] and the app told me there was no record of any parking events. Before I panicked, I opened parking.com on my laptop and my reservation was there. So I printed the pass w/ QR code and everything went smoothly. Not sure what would've happened had I not opened the event while I had access to a printer.
I don't know what happened, and if it was operator error, but it did have me worried.
Overall experience, very good and I will use app again.

This was very convenient! The best part was that as I entered in my car plate details with the booking, I did not have to scan the code at entry or exit. This saved me a lot of time! Great idea!
