I am a senior citizen and leary about putting my info on the phone to some site I don't know. I needed parking and took a chance and got very comfortable by the end of the payment process.
Paid for spot and got ticket for $60 because the spot was "reserved" although the lot was empty. Had previously used the lot every week as a regular customer, but now will not ever go back. Shortsided... Voir plus

It’s cant be same price for 1 hour and whole day parking. I had to pay $10 for 45 minutes

Hello - on the weekends, there is a flat fee to park for the day. If you stay for 45 minutes, or multiple hours, it is the same rate.

I made a "reservation"
I made a "reservation". But when I arrived, there were no empty spots. Also, I have not yet received a refund of the money I prepaid. This is the worst parking experience I have ever had.

Don’t park here! I paid for four hours of parking in the lot… At about three hours I came out to find a guy wearing make up lipstick, eyeliner, painted fingernails, etc. issuing me a ticket for supposedly parking in a monthly spot when the entire parking lot was nearly empty. He/she gave me a $60 ticket regardless of having proof that I had paid. Total scam.
