Missing customer service.
My insurance went uo 60 days into the policy and I called to find out why. I was told three different times customer service would call me back within two business days. Here we are 60 days later and still waiting for a call.

In terms of your policy, the agency had listed the construction type of your home as concrete block, but was later verified as wood frame. This caused a $187 increase to the policy. My experience with People's Trust has been great.I bought an older house in Florida and was finding it difficult to fing insurance .Peoples gave me a good policy at a good price .Their inspection process was no trouble and I appreciate the storm updates they send to my email. I look forward to keeping them as my insurer.

I was given a bill and 4 months later a additional charge
I was given a quote and then sent all documents that were needed for pricing and 4 months later I get a bill stating that my insurance is $500 more than the bill they sent me and was paid by mortgage company then I spoke with several people and no o e would help me and a manager said they would get back to me regarding my proof of pricing and she never got back to me I will be shopping for new insurance when my renewal comes due worst customer service I have ever dealt with

Bait and switch company
The company quoted us a premium based on information already on file, accepted our premium, sent an inspector who didn't know what he was doing for an updated inspection, then tried to increase our premium by about 50%. We then insisted on a new inspector, who had to be convinced what he was looking at, finally agreed with us, and the company relented and accepted the amount of the already-paid yearly premium. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The inspection conducted on June 9, 2020 listed the construction type of your home as masonry veneer instead of masonry construction, which increased the premium. A second inspection on August 5, 2020 determined the first inspection was incorrect. As a result, we've honored the premium quoted for masonry construction. Thank you for allowing us to resolve this issue.
