Heb op de diverse plaatsen die feliway verdamper geplaatst en poes plast nog steeds in huis en nog steeds gestrest. Heb ze al meer dan een maand zitten, zonde van het geld. Dit is gewoon onzin, werkt niet

I bought a bandana and calming spray. I was surprised but pleased that it did seem to add to my dog's confidence straight away. It's a pleasant but not too strong smell and hardly noticeable.

I decided to try a different plug in diffuser for my cat. I usually use Feliway. The minute I plugged it in, there was a horrendous smell!! There is no way I could tolerate my house smelling like a farmyard! I'd bought the plug in and two refills. They were all returned the next day

I won some of this at a dog show and thought it would be complete garbage so left it in the cupboard and didn’t use it. Yesterday my dog had a sedation at the vets for a foreign object in her ear (there actually turned out to be nothing in there!) and she reacts horrendously to any kind of sedation or anaesthesia and spends the following 24 hours ‘in tears’ and is inconsolable via treats, distraction, love - anything. This is an extremely easy and quiet dog but these drugs just completely mess her up. I have previously been prescribed trazadone and gabapentin but all they have done is made her more out of it and unsteady etc. I mentioned how upset she would be to the vets and they didn’t provide anything to help so I decided to try the Pet Remedy spray thinking “this will do nothing”. Well, it had an almost immediate effect and within 5 minutes she was snoring. I thought - “that must just be a fluke or a coincidence”. I have tried the spray a further two times now, and each time it’s settled her within minutes. I cannot say for definite this will have this effect on every pet, or whether my dog is just unusually receptive to it, but it honestly worked better than any prescription drug I’ve ever been given. I am also very keen to opt for natural products instead of nasty fake chemicals where possible too which is just the icing on the cake. I have just been on the website and ordered the 200ml bottle of spray to keep for similar occasions as I was so impressed. Thank you! Now when can you bring out a spray for humans to calm the owner (me) down equally well??? 🙈🤣

I’m not impressed with the diffuser I can barely smell it. I have 2 dogs and it’s not helping at R459.00 I would expect it to work. Not impressed

I got a faulty heat pad for my senior cat from a third-party retailer who refused to assist me. They suggested I contact Pet Remedy as the manufacturer.

I sent an email to the info address with a description of the issue and proof of purchase.

Gill got back to me straight away, was extremely kind and professional, and sent out a new pad. She took the number of the old one to report the issue and gave me instructions on how to safely dispose of it.

A lovely response and solution. I’ll be ordering from them directly in future.

Helaas werkt het voor onze hond niet. Wij hadden de diffuser. Maar we merken totaal geen verschil. Lijkt averechts te werken. Heel jammer. Al van alles geprobeerd . Geen fijne aankoop

This also helps calms humans atomiser can be put anywhere
Put in each room I have plug on in kitchen atomiser bedroom and conservatory pet remedy works better than anything else I have tried
Start a month before fireworks

Loyal customer of the spray & heating pads for 5+ years. I liked the smell and my 3 cats adored it. They all had differing positive reactions - some would relax, others would roll in it or start to play. It's been a life saver for long car trips.

But this new formula looks and smells different. Its a much lighter colour and smells like flowery soap. Worse still, the cats won't go near it. If they do, they try to dig / bury it.

I don't believe the marketing spiel that the new 'lighter fragrance' is to please people. More like a cost cutting exercise because if it were really about trying to please everyone with the scent, why not offer this as a new floral variant, instead of taking the old formula away.

I appreciate input costs have gone up but I would rather have paid a little more to keep to keep the old ingredients.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but when you upset my animals, you upset me.

My toy poodle has had surgery so keeping him calm was important. Pet Remedy plug in and wipes really helped. The staff there are lovely, friendly and full of useful information. Xxx

Bought it for my 14 week old puppy who gets stressed in the car and won’t settle.
Have tried it on three occasions and it’s made no difference at all.
Wouldn’t recommend this product.

Arrived today and can't see anywhere how many sprays you are supposed to put in the crate?

The calm bandana really works. My dog gets nervous with the walker. He hates leaving me. The walker sees a big difference when using the bandana.

Petremedy is amazing, I tried the calming wipes for my cat, who after being at the vets would come home and cry for a day and a half....I wiped her down on the vets table before treatment and no more crying and restlessness on returning home. I also drape a wipe over the cat carrier whilst waiting for the vets to call us in. It truly is a wonderful product, obviously scientifically researched for the best results. I have to say Gill at petremedy is a marvellous customer service and asset to the company. Thank You

The pet remedy heated pad is amazing for cats. I brought it on amazon at the end of December 2024 and it stopped working early Feb 2025. Amazon directed me to call Pet Remedy for support. Gill was very kind and helpful, she sent out a replacement immediately and we recieved the new mat within the week. The new mat is working nicely and my cats are loving it. I will definitely be buying more pet remedy products for my cats.

I use pet remedy to help my dog who has severe noise sensitivity (thanks to someone setting off fireworks when we were on a walk one September). I use the diffusers and spray throughout the year, and double up on the diffusers between October - January to help with the fireworks that go off between bonfire night and new years.

I contacted customer service as I had lost the diffuser drip rings for my diffusers, and wanted advice on what else I could use. But they were super nice and helpful, and sent some replacements. Thanks to Gill who answered my email and gave great customer service. It’s massively appreciated! Thank you!

I was introduced to Pet remedy by a vet at least five maybe six years ago. My rescue dog aged ten was so terrified of any loud noises so fireworks got her crawling into the tightest space she could fit. She trembled uncontrollably and would just shut down. I was desperate so I called into the vets whose own dog was very nervous. I’ve got to say how surprised I was when I used it. It took a while to work but she did stop trembling. I have now started to use it at least three to four hours before I know she will need it and it’s like magic. I put the plug in I spray under the desk where she has a little bed a put a towel over to keep the spray enclosed. When the fireworks start she goes under there but will even take the odd treat which she wouldn’t do before. I have told numerous dog owners about it and they have always had good results. Like anything it needs time to work so get prepared.

Just the smell is overpowering. Few visitors have commented about the "not nice smell" and asked if someone had "vomited". Took me a house clean to realise the smell was coming from diffuser.

Can't rate highly enough. Works & reasonably priced.

We started using Pet Remedy 10 years ago when we adopted our dog, we started using it help in the recommendation of the rescue to help him feel relaxed in his new home help with his fear aggression issues and severe anxiety with fireworks. We continued using it ever since when we visit family to help make sure our dogs feel relaxed and comfortable.
Not only is the product great, the customer service is fantastic!
We adopted a new dog 4 weeks ago and resumed using the battery operated atomiser but noticed it wasn’t spraying on timer. We contacted them via Gill Edwards, the Chief Happiness Officer, and she offered to replace the atomiser, which we were grateful for, but we were utterly surprised when they also sent a full bottle of the the solution AND a full refill with no charge to us.
We are completely satisfied by the product and the company, and don’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends. It’s so rare to deal with a business that truly cares about their customers.
