Petsnooze Avis 310

Unaware that items were dispatched from China so took 3+ weeks to arrive. When it finally came, one item was too small and states you can’t return (decided to just pass this to someone with a smaller dog) and the other item was faulty. I sent photos but was asked to send it back as well.

I had to pay postage to return the faulty item and was not reimbursed. The item was refunded to my account, but the parcel was then returned by Royal Mail stating addressee no longer there, so I’m still £6 down and have a faulty product I don’t want and can’t use.
Waste of time, money and energy, would not recommend.

Cat bed house was really nice thanks. Cat was a bit wary at first but can’t get him out now. Good quality and warm for the winter. Thanks, Wes

Happy to review. Dog toy box and bed are well made and good quality. Customer service were responsive and polite. Delivery was two weeks so not super fast but decent as free and there has been a lot of post worker striking. All in all I would recommend everything went smoothly and I really like my dog stuff.

Still no delivery. Ordered end of November. Was gift for Christmas. Git one refund from PayPal. Awaiting another refund. So far nothing.

Waiting for delivery still not arrived but I am not worried because I have paid with PayPal they don't let companies get away with anything. If my order does not arrive PayPal will be onto them. My advice is to pay with PayPal as they sort things out for you.

I placed an order on 25th October to be delivered by the 12th of November 2022. As of 20th December I've not had any delivery and when I've emailed customer service about my order nothing has been done.

Customer service are blaming the postal strikes but the tracking number they gave me shows it has not even been sent out to them.

An awful experience of being ripped off during a cost of living crisis and ill never order from them again.

A MONTH FOR DELIVERY!
Not made clear on web site of “shipping Policy” as stated by the company after sending a request as to where my item was.
No apologies, JUST “check our delivery policy” if you are happy to wait a month for your item, go ahead.
If not then look elsewhere.

Ordered a dog bed on the 19th November and still haven’t received it , that’s nearly a month , what deliveries take that long these days ,I have had to order another one from somewhere else while I wait , although im not holding up much hope gif this one to even arrive , very disappointed!

Fantastic bed Rosey loves it and pretty cheap also. Delivery took longer than amazon but was much cheaper. Cheers Dave.

My lovely dog collar arrived today, i was a little worried due to the Royal Mail strikes but all arrived ok in about 12 days, which considering the strikes and the free delivery i was fine with. Previously i had bought the pet rug bed about 2 years which was fab, so i bought another grey with stars whuch was nice and plump. Happy customer so left 5 star review. Rita

I am happy with my Christmas presents for my dog. blanket, toy box and bed all well made cute (and pink!) and I know she will love them. Ordered early because of Royal Mail and all arrived with me last week. I might have to invest in a new collar next year but I think she has been spoilt enough for now. Very impressed with all the girly stuff on this site!

I ordered 14.11. 2022. I still do not have item. I called and write text message nobody answered.

Ordered dog bed, no update from them, I contacted company who sent me tracking from Royal Mail but the tracking says Royal Mail are waiting for Petsnooze to send item to them, it’s been nearly 2weeks now & Royal Mail tracking still says they’re waiting to receive item from Petsnooze, I’ve emailed pet snooze several times & they just keep sending me Royal Mail tracking link.I’ve now emailed asking for a refund & im waiting for a reply - would never use again!just received email from Petsnooze to say they use high security checks? & delivery is up to 3weeks!

Ordered an XXS dog coat...received a XL...emailed and then offered a small...presume they didn't have any XXS
When that arrived it was a large...asked for money back as this was taking forever and couldn't get order right.
Several emails later saying they refunded.
Today I've sent screenshot of my bank account to them as proof I got no refund.
Will await the outcome but won't buy again!
This has gone on for 3 months now.

After some communication difficulties regarding my order not being in stock, the company contacted me and we arranged a full refund. This would have been a 5 star review if communication was a little better.

Painful delivery time. I now understand this company is based in china. Would never have ordered if I knew that. Takes weeks. And weeks. Still nothing arrives. And. And now it’s too late. Bought a replacement and couldn’t get a refund on this. Crap company.

I am very impressed with the customer service so far I have emailed back and to with a very polite lady who has really helped me out making decisions about the sizing for the beds and rugs I need for my three fosters and my own dog. It put my mind at rest that I was ordering the right sizes and I am happy with the service I have received.

Nice choice of collars to choose from on the website, customer support clerk was very helpful regarding engraving. Delivered today and I am very happy with the fit and design. Thanks Fran

More than pleased with the bed I dot from this website. It is shaped like a house with a door and has teddy bear ears my dog looks so cute in it. Nice and warm for the winter. Customer service was friendly and came back with the information about delivery and the sizes for the bed I asked for before I bought the house. Very happy with my order and will use this company again. Hayley.
