Genialt koncept

Genialt koncept, god start.
Virkligheden er bare tit at man skal lukke 4 eller 8 popups for at kunne ligge et bilag på plads.
Jeg er træt at blive spurgt igen og igen om jeg skal bruge det ene og det andet.

Dårlig support / Bad support - chatbuds only

Jeg har været bruger af Pleo i rigtig mange år - men venter kun på, at der kommer en konkurrent. Så skifter jeg med det samme!!
Supporten er simpelthen alt for dårlig.
Firmaet har alt for meget fokus på "teknikken bag løsningen" og glemmer helt at løsningen også skal være brugervenlig. Kæmper rundt med bilag som giver problemer - og bliver ved med at få Chatbuds og supportere som prøver at bruge ChatGPT til at oversætte mit problem ...
Jeg kan bestemt ikke anbefale produktet ...

I have been a user of Pleo for many years - but am just waiting for a competitor to come along. Then I'll switch right away!!
The support is simply too bad.
The company focuses far too much on the "technique behind the solution" and completely forgets that the solution must also be user-friendly. Battling around with attachments causing problems - and keep getting Chatbuds and supporters trying to use ChatGPT to translate my problem...
I definitely cannot recommend the product...

Highly recommend Pleo to everyone - I am a Pleo admin for my company and always receive help right away and in a quality manner whenever an issue comes up. Pleo's website and app is also very intuitive and easy to use!

Sjælden grad af inkompetence - skal ikke bruge deres leverandørfaktura system

Sjældent har jeg oplevet denne grad af inkompetence ift. til oprettelse af en ny virksomhed. Jeg har derfor konkluderet at jeg aldrig vil anvende dem til leverandørfakturaer - der holder vi fast i CORPAY. Vi bruger PLEO i flere virksomheder til betalingskort, men at få oprettet en ny virksomhed har vist sig at være meget svært for PLEO at håndtere. Vi startede i december og her i februar er der fortsat ikke nogen afklaring. Vi har på mail fået at vide at alt er fint, men på hjemmesiden er vi ikke verificeret endnu og kan derfor ikke bestille kort.

Update: fin besked fra Søren, som så er på orlov i mere end en måned og der henvises til samme support mail som ikke har formået at gøre noget brugbart

Josef Brodala made my experience great! he reacted super quickly to the issue I was facing, found the problem and provided the solution and all in under 10 minutes! I wish all companies had this type of service!

Userfriendly and great service

Pleo is very user friendly and Jozef provided speedy and thorough costumer service when my card was stolen. Highly recommend!

Helpful support for fraud issue

Helpful and clear support for fraud issue. I had several fraudulent charges on my PLEO card. I reached out to support and they told me exactly what to do to resolve it. Jozef helped me out!
