Delivery of the product was delayed for unknown reason.
The overall shopping service is pretty average & confusing.

There's no support team and policies and all bills say free first replacement whereas I was charged 280 INR.
There's no transparency and/or guidance from team to first time buyers

I ordered a bag for my lever belt but on the receiving I found that my belt not getting fit into, the bag is so small. They should provide all the best details of the product on site also later I found that it is not returnable. So the money is wasted and I cannot use the bag for my belt.

Pathetic service ever. No option to return. Unable to exchange as well order number:15518 and 15647

Good quality better than expected, but cannot be used on lever belt size M and above

The product quality was too good but one thing I am disappointed with is that it came with so low quality packaging and then my bag was also missing inside it that I ordered for my dead fit belt.

I purchased 7mm level 2 knee sleeves size 2xl, however it's seems small. But no option for replacement available for this product.

Return window is very small
And no response from the support when you Wts app or email them

Worst customer service. I recieved the order after 13 days. And they said my laptop would fit inside the bag , but it doesn't. Overall waste of money.
