Review system set up wrong
We feel the review process for awards is over the top with the fact you count reviews from agents who are second on the listing towards the annual awards.
This means a vendor has to put a review for the listing agent on rate my agent ,Real Estate.com.au and even google. Then you are making agents who are second on the listing ask the vendor again for 3 reviews and if we dont it effects your score for the awards.
I sold 29 properties in the last 12 months and recieved 28 reviews. My nearest competitor sold 22 properties yet got 28 reviews and could win based on your rules . Your site is set up wrong!

RateMyAgent is a fantastic site for any potential property seller to truthfully find the best and highest performing agents in their area. Unlike other so-called "expert" sites they do not take a fee for providing this unbiased information, and therefore the user receives truthful info and can make a decision based on this.

It is a completely impartial website and service and well respected by the real estate industry and consumers alike. I would highly recommend agents use this site to promote reviews/their brand and for consumers to use the site for transparency and feel ahead of any potential transaction.
